Absolute *** of our time Pt.MXXVI

Thanks, she's going to re appeal on the basis that the judge openly admitted she didn't know the rules of the points based system and made several mistakes on the letter we received. Our local MP is George Galloway... tempted to get him involved too, would be interesting to meet him also. Not a huge fan but he is a big name. Seriously the situation is an absolute joke, she has been denied a visa that she is 100% eligible for.

I hope it works out. Sounds like the judge was a numpty.

Then do it. This is the job he's elected to do. It may also earn him some publicity into the bargain.

Better do it soon, though, as he'll be away for a few weeks soon taking an aid convoy to Palestine.

The underlined part is the only thing that would concern a egotist like Galloway to be honest. In terms of actually doing the job he was elected to do, his record is appalling.

6 months for beating a baby = disgusting. :frusty::frusty::frusty:

And then theres that man, about 85 isn't he? who organizerd the great train robbery years ago and he's got life!

What's he going to do at his age?

Ronnie Biggs.

He's paying back for all those years he spent in Brazil, living it up while on the run from plod.

He seems in a bad way and likely to die in jail, but I can see why the state may want to make an example of him.

Perhaps the state think more of money and material crimes than crimes against people?

As for Biggs and the train robbers they did commit a violent assault on the train driver although as Ultra implied I'm sure he'd be out by now if he'd not escaped for so many years

That fcuking Matthews bloke from Leicester on Rogue traders tonight (now). Tipped Red Bull in some old bird's T.V aerial wall socket (and on her carpet) and told her the aerial was fcuked because rain water was coming in. Then had the nerve to tell her her TV was knackered. Sold her an 8 year old telly. Charged her £645 for a T.V (!), new aerial and 2 slates.

CVUNT.

*edit*

Obviously not as cvntish as some of the posts on here, but this made me fecking mad.

Someone I know's old mam got a plumber in who ended up taking £1500 off her, digging up half the garden and leaving the water disconnected before disappearing off the face of the earth. She'd got him in to replace a showerhead. I've probably told this story before, and I don't get any less angry every time I think of it

Some people know I lived in Northern Ireland about 12 years ago... whilst there, I met many friends, both Catholic and Protestant... I found out a couple of days ago that someone (a good friend whilst I was there) I lost touch with a year ago (St Patricks day ironically) had been brutally murdered last July..the savage fucking willy puller, that murdered her, was a notorious woman beater... I'm not usually one to use the word, but Steven Cahoon you are a fooking cunt of the highest fucking order.

Steven Cahoon may your ass be raped by the biggest cocks your about to share the showers with you piece of filthy shit.

Horrible case. Hope the b'stard gets AIDS...

Here's a couple more local cases..

Horror as woman badly hurt

Hit and run crash leaves student brain-damaged

In both cases, the scumbags responsible will be back on the streets within two years, thanks to our woefully inadequate laws on motoring offences.

Remember them and their victims the next time you watch "Jerk Off with Jezza" about the latest piece of kit that can do 0-60 in 3 seconds...

It's not the cars that are dangerous, they are all capable of driving well below speed limits. Before you lay blame at Jeremy Clarksons door, I'd suggest that the idiots that are doing the driving are actually the ones at fault.

But it's your party that's in Government, your party that makes the rules and socialists' great concern for human rights that makes effective sentencing of these and other offenders so difficult.

You just don't have the will to deal with it or to change the "numpty" judges referred to earlier in the thread who seem to abound, though whether their decisions reflect their own feelings or the guidance they are given I really couldn't say.

All your efforts seem to be spent collecting stealth tax from motorists driving 10mph over what is a a ridiculously low speed limit in the middle of the night or for driving with the effects of half a glass of beer too much in their system and being a "potential" danger.

But so often when there really is a violent person, a calculating criminal or an idiot to deal with, someone who has demonstrably done serious wrong, your party is found wanting and totally lacking the balls to deal with them.

Basically, while you are happy bullying accidental or careless offenders - often those who have something to lose and are easily bullied - you baulk at dealing with the real villains and the real threats to this country and its people.

The current offence of dangerous driving comes from the Road Traffic Act 1988 - well within the last Tory administration.
