Fosse Boy Posted 20 February 2009 Posted 20 February 2009 I've driven past Sparta's ground and worked with a Sparta fan. Would love to go to a Czech game one day, Prague is such a lovely city.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 20 February 2009 Posted 20 February 2009 Shalke / Dortmund tonight. Come on Borussia. My mate's from Buenos Aires, his dad's friend has a executive box there. We're hoping to pop over to Argentina sometime and catch the Boca / River game. Should be AWESOME If I was going I'd DEMAND that I'd be in an executive box. Demand. Matches in Colombia are immense. Du du du du, Once Caldas!
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 20 February 2009 Posted 20 February 2009 HT Shalke / Dortmund, 1-0 Shalke. Kuranyi with a wonder goal.
Darkzzz_ Posted 20 February 2009 Author Posted 20 February 2009 Watching the Boca / River games on TV makes me wet myself. The noise and the occasion just looks phenomenal. I guess having the top players like Riquelme and Palacio playing in Argentina will only encourage the youngsters to stay there and develop a bit further.I see Andres D'Allesandro has moved back to South America as well, shame he never reached his full potential, remember him doing really well in his little stint at Portsmouth. CosbehFox Posted 20 February 2009 Posted 20 February 2009 HT Shalke / Dortmund, 1-0 Shalke.Kuranyi with a wonder goal. Ended 1-1 - Zidan with the goal, nearly pinched it at the end.

Darkzzz_ Posted 21 February 2009 Author Posted 21 February 2009 Barca V Espanyol is tasty. Very heated and the ref has made a shocker in handing a red card to Keita. Cheating Perikos.
lildave3 Posted 21 February 2009 Posted 21 February 2009 Fener lost 1-0 to Glenclirbigli. Not a good result. At all.
CosbehFox Posted 21 February 2009 Posted 21 February 2009 Barca V Espanyol is tasty.Very heated and the ref has made a shocker in handing a red card to Keita. Cheating Perikos. Lost as Madrid crushed Betis 6-1. Very strange weekend in Bundesliga again. Hoff drew 3-3 and missed a last min peno. Bayern lost to Koln at HOME!! Hertha lost 2-1. Bochum managed a hard-earned draw but Cottbus and Mochengladbach both scored last-minute winners.
Darkzzz_ Posted 22 February 2009 Author Posted 22 February 2009 Barca may have dominated possession but that means nothing when you get hit like that at home. Fair play to the Perikos, they done what was needed. I wouldn't be at all surprised if Real started to really catch Barca. It is down to 7 points now with Barca having to go to Real. It is not as dominant as it was and it will be very interesting now, I hope Barca can see it out and tonight was a devastating blow to reclaiming the La Liga title from Real but fingers crossed. All in all a terrible defeat by a poor team (on league form)!! Very disappointed.
isaidno Posted 22 February 2009 Posted 22 February 2009 Fener lost 1-0 to Glenclirbigli. Not a good result. At all. Galatasaray let in 5 at home , Trabzonspor lost aswell. Sivaspor are now 3 points clear
lildave3 Posted 22 February 2009 Posted 22 February 2009 Galatasaray let in 5 at home , Trabzonspor lost aswell. Sivaspor are now 3 points clear Against a team 2nd bottom of the league too!
lavrentis Posted 22 February 2009 Posted 22 February 2009 Panathinaikos won 2-1 against Panionios. Here is the video Count the delay from when the player scores to the crowd cheer
Katy Posted 23 February 2009 Posted 23 February 2009 The mighty Paris St Germain are going great guns in the League and in Europe, I'm glad they are taking a two goal cushion to Wolfsberg in the UEFA cup though as it won't be easy. They were very slow to start on Wednesday but after the goal went in they were on fire and could have scored more than the two they eventually finished with. It's an experience I'll never forget, I wanna go back!

Katy Posted 23 February 2009 Posted 23 February 2009 How long have you followed PSG Katy? I was sort of fond of them a while ago when I saw them on telly a few times and looked out for their results but I mostly loved them for their fans. I've seen them twice now and my love for them and the team has grown each time. I'm still buzzing!

Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 23 February 2009 Posted 23 February 2009 There's only one French team worth watching. St. Etienne.

Fez of Mahrez Posted 23 February 2009 Posted 23 February 2009 Non Mate, this is the extent of her French, I'd leave it there if I were you.

It's an experience I'll never forget, I wanna go back! Wolfsburg will do them. Home record is superb. In fact, they have sneaked into the title race for Bundesliga on the back of it. Hamburg won 2-1 yesterday, so go top of Bundesliga with a two point gap. Massive blow for Leverkusen tho. Noticed Bayern are attempting to build a side for next season. Baumjohann captured on another Bosman. Podolski goes back to Koln if they stay up (how apt they won this Saturday at Allianz Arena).
