Joe. Posted 1 December 2008 Posted 1 December 2008 Slipping with City now. Down to 4th in December now. Up until the 19th game of the season I'd have 0 draws and now I've drawn my last 3 since! Still in the JPT, through to the area final which is nice. Playing fairly wank though. Daryl Murphy remains top goalscorer so far with Steve Marlet not far behind.

I'm still playing fairly poor football, still struggling to put results together but I've still only dropped four points all season. This could be one of the best years I've ever played on FM yet some of the worst football I've played. It's going on February, I just knocked Wolves out of the FA Cup and have Northampton in the fourth round. Am in the JPT regional final against... er... I don't even remember/care. It's all about to go Pete Tong, though. Chambo, Fryatt and Big Steve Howard have all stopped scoring. It's down to my Koreans!

morris1234 Posted 1 December 2008 Posted 1 December 2008 get in woooop! another win for the mighty aldershot, lewis chalmers with another 35 yard screamer! the boys on fire! marvin morgan with his 3rd goal in 4 games, i thought i would struggle for goals! i was wrong! ok it was only macclesfield but i need as many points as i can get. managed to beat preston and cardiff to some irish defender whos coming on a free in january, going to see how he is but will probs sell him need the dosh. sitting in 5th after 5 games with 8 points! and unbeaten away from home!
DB11 Posted 2 December 2008 Author Posted 2 December 2008 How do you do network games? Download Hamachi. When you have got that turn it on and set up a local server. Give the IP to other people that Hamachi has assigned your server. Set up an FM game and in Options > Preferences > Network make it so the save game / computer can be used on a network and then just wait. Once you have given the IP out to other people they should be able to connect and join a team. You will know who has joined by going Options > Game Status

BUT i dont care, lovely 1-0 win at home to darlington who are top! marvin morgan with his 4th after a rory delap throw in from lewis chalmers, flicked on by gatting, morgan header, bang! AND nicky bull saved two, yes two penalties. should not have lost like i did at chesterfield, shocking ref decisions.
GLC Posted 2 December 2008 Posted 2 December 2008 just promoted from championship with leicester, i was 12th with 10 games left, 12 points behind play-offs, press had written me off, but i had derby and birmingham for the last 2 games,(birmingham in 6th and derbey 7th) won all 10 and came 5th got promoted It helped that derby and birmingham had tough games towards the end!
