lildave3 Posted 3 September 2008 Posted 3 September 2008 All 3 goals tonight were fantastic I thought. First of all, we have Steve Howard the stepover king. Who needs Robinho, we have Big Stevo. Then, a flick on by the hero Howard himself finds Dudley and he does well, uses his pace and then picks out Adams who also finished calmly. Finally we have us passing it in the box! Remarkable. Great stuff.

I've said since last season his problem is a lack of confidence which is manifesting itself in him not willing to shoot, and he's only proven it again, for me. Hopefully someone has a word. A few times last season he attempted to do things like he did in that video and messed the pass up or gave it to someone not in a better position than him. If that pass had hit one of the defenders' legs people would have been fuming. Probably. Of course I wasn't actually in Hartlepool so feel free to rub that in my face if you think I'm totally wrong.
