shen Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 yes the relegation battle EIEIEIO down the football league we go...
Thracian Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 Here we go on the ballwinner again. Feck me how many chances did we have and fail to score? Ignore the commentator, who was there, saying King and Oakley were getting the tackles in. We are just guessing now at solutions and most of the guessing has no logic whatsoever. Odhiambo and Sappleton? Are these people off their sodding heads?
Munzie Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 No! These work aswell...Rotherham United 2-0 Leicester City hahahahahaha Admit it. You got your mum to type that.
Kilworthfox Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 No! These work aswell...Rotherham United 2-0 Leicester City hahahahahaha Did you like swap shop when you were younger?
dandannieldanok Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 Are you really bothered you got knocked out of the JPT? Rotherham beat us(Leeds) and even though we had made 9 changes that day they are still good on their day and personally deserve to win the competition. I'm bothered because unlike Leeds we had virtually a full strength team out and it sounded like we didn't even put up a fight.
Libertine Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 Unbelievable. Am I the only one who couldn't give a flying ****? Fair enough if it's a bad performance etc, but it's hardly the end of the pissing world.
Asha Posted 4 November 2008 Author Posted 4 November 2008 I've backed Howard a lot and not criticised him. But his constant fouling in the final third is really starting to piss me off now.
Samilktray Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 Everyone jumping to conclusions without having seen the game.
Kilworthfox Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 Here we go on the ballwinner again. Feck me how many chances did we have and fail to score? Conceded 2.... It does not stop with the ball winner Tony we also need a good Keeper A pacey striker who can stay on side and read balls from the likes of KING! Cover for Gilbert
Corky Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 Disappointing to lose and go out. I'm not going to sit here and say it's "Mickey Mouse" because I'd have liked to have won it. It's a shame for those that made the trip.
Raj Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 Disappointing to lose and go out. I'm not going to sit here and say it's "Mickey Mouse" because I'd have liked to have won it. It's a shame for those that made the trip. I personally couldnt give a fcuk about the JTP. But i hope all the players that DID play gave 100% to win just for the fans who went up for this non entity of a match. Respect to those that did
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 Libertine, you are not the only one who couldn't care less. Also, it really aggrovates me that people are slating the team, the performance, etc, etc, but no one has noticed a real bright point tonight. Ashley Chambers finally got some football under his belt after finally recovering from that horrible injury he suffered in the summer. For me, having another attacking option, an exciting one, who is still only young and has recovered from serious injury, is worth more than the sodding Johnstone's Paint.
Salieri Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 Its a piss pot cup and im glad we're out. I thought we may use it to experiment but we barely even did that. Time to concentrate on what really matters now. It was a poor performance by a largely first team line up but do you think the players or indeed the manager REALLY give a flying fook about this cup? I hope to God thats true because some of NP's decisions were baffling, particularly Berner for the lively Adams when we were chasing the game?! I feel sorry for the fans who made the trip because they deserve better than that.

Wycombe Fox Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 I work with a painting contractor and we never use Johnstone's paint as it's not as good as Crown, in fact it's rubbish. So there! Calmed down now - let's hope it's the last time we're in this competition anyway. Up the City!!!!
Samilktray Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 We played shit. I saw us on the radio and wasnt impressed.
Libertine Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 Wahey, we have some sane ones. Go Nihat! It's yo birfdeh. Go Tilleh! It's yo birfdeh. Go Milkethtrayeth! It's yo birfdeh.

potter3 Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 Just got back. What the fuck was that? Can I also say: Drewe Broughton on Premier Manager '99
