After much wrestle with my alter ego's (my other accounts) I have decided that enough is enough.

I thinks its best all round to say my goodbyes to Foxestalk,(apart from those who I have on Facebook). NSLL summed it up in the Mr Daggers thread when he handed me the link to Talking Balls website, whilst I wont be joining the site, He 'politely told me to fook off'

It's been nice getting to know a few people on here. I Will big brother style it up on my thoughts of fellow posters.

For the record I am expecting to be IP banned so I cannot gain access to this site again.

You quoted in the Mr Daggers thread that "You're doing a hard job trying to convince us all you're an intelligent, functioning member of this forum" - I didn't actually try to convince you or anyone other poster of anything, that post there just goes to show that you are on here not only to try to look intelligent, but to also make a fellow poster look less so. Shall we have a beauty contest? I'm pretty confident you'd look as ugly as you tried to make me look here. I would also like to point out, you are one of the biggest two faced nob's on this site, you really ain't as liked as much as you think you are. giggle.gif

What makes me sad is that you're, what, some late twenties early thirties? And you come on here whipping up this much drama and lunacy like the internet really matters?

I'm sorry if I've so categorically offended you or made you feel so little you had to attempt some e-peen contest with me as your last hurrah but you really do seem to have missed the point. There's a brilliant XKCD comic that is so applicable to Foxes Talk that I'll post at the bottom, look at it for a moment because it might require a bit of thought.

We're all in harmony on here. I've met a majority of the "in-crowd" of Foxes Talk and they're all smashing people. I've yet to have a good conversation with Tony (Thracian), having only met him from afar, but I hope one day to make his acquaintance, too, and share a chin wag with him because I'm assured by the rest of FT he's fantastic to share a drink with in person.

That's the spirit of the place. A bit of banter, some pubesque mocking and a few exchanges of views. If you can't do that and stay emotionally unattached (which it seems you can't) then, yes, this forum is not for you. You'll be as missed as anyone else for going, but don't make the mistake of thinking this thread and oh-so-dramatic exit will throw you into the annals of internet fame.

I'd challenge your accusation of my being two faces were I worried enough about my reputation, I hold no belief that I'm some popular and loved figure around here but I feel I'm always pretty straight with what I think and who I cross. I've had exchanges with everyone from Master Fox to Milky Joe and I really hold little grudge against any of them, but at least they know exactly what I think of them - and you're no different. I've not spoken a word about you that you haven't been able to see, whether it was in an instant message or on this thread.

Thracian's (I'm just using you as an example Mr T) made all sorts of posts over the years which have lead to a lot of "banter" (comparing traffic wardens to the Gestapo, the whole sordid gays incident and of course "as an aside, apes are magnificent creatures" to name a few) and he's still going strong and respected for his views, and is a good chap to share a Barbars with (I've heard, I haven't had the pleasure yet). You just have to remember sometimes that it's not personal because people haven't met you, they've just interacted with an internet persona. Pop along to the FT bowling or something, meet some people, and we're not all silly buggers. TPH is though, be warned. If people start ripping it out of you and abusing you after they've met you then you should start worrying
