Doesn't come close for me in comparison to the achievements of Chris Hoy & Rebecca Adlington and even Lewis Hamilton for that matter.

Thats your opinion.

By far the best manager in the prem and has been for nearly 2 decades and one ManU both the League and Champions League last season.

:giggle:

Could you perhaps tell me the name of this award?

So, maybe a lifetime achievement award would be more fitting?

lol it's rare I formulate opinions based on Top Gear, but I have to be honest, watching the Hamster try and drive a formula one car really hammered home the physical strain needed to drive one of those things.

I don't really like motor racing and I find F1 the most boring of the lot, but I've no qualms recognising Hamilton as a sportsman.

I want Adlington to win. She does a real sport. Driving a car is not a sport.

What a ****ing stupid thing to say.

If anyone votes for Sir Alex Ferguson, I'm starting a counter-bandwagon for Sir Trevor Brooking.

I'm willing to have a bit of light-hearted banter about the validity of Motor Racing as a sport, fine.

But if anyone would like to enlighten me as to exactly what sport Sralex has excelled at in the last twelve months, I'd just love to hear about it.

Gotta say i'm surprised by that.

I though Chris Hoy for second, but I though Hamilton all the way.

Well done.

1) Chris Hoy.

2) Lewis Hamilton.

3) Rebecca Adlington.

Rebecca Adlington is the one I want to win, a women who has little backing and has very little facilities to practice in against the aussies and yanks with state of the art training facilities and millions backing them up. She beats them all gets 2 gold medals (first british women to do so in 100 years) and breaks a 20 year old world record too.

But a DRIVER (?) who wins a world championship fair enough but you could pick 10 drivers and put them in that car and they would win, theres only a couple of cars that will win it, for me no comparison, RA wins everytime...but she wont.

Why do they not do that and save themselves money on big contracts and training then?

Because they cant.

Idiot.

The car is the star, they should all have the same one and then we'll see where LH will come...nowhere.

Twat.

p.s. Where did LH come?

:sweating:

Congrats...sensible voting.
