Daggers Posted 27 December 2008 Author Posted 27 December 2008 How anyone can risk missing Fryatt's 25th is beyond me
CosbehFox Posted 27 December 2008 Posted 27 December 2008 Hereford have scoreed 4 goals away from home all season.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 27 December 2008 Posted 27 December 2008 1st game of the season I'll be going to! My last game was the Sheffield Wednesday game... so can't be any worse. I expect nothing less than a 2-0 winner at a canter!

mmarkie Posted 27 December 2008 Posted 27 December 2008 Actually i think he might give Fryatt a rest tommorrow for Dickov.
Collymore Posted 27 December 2008 Posted 27 December 2008 Actually i think he might give Fryatt a rest tommorrow for Dickov. Can't afford to keep the man out
Tevez Posted 27 December 2008 Posted 27 December 2008 3 Current Managers who deserve high recognition, Sir Alex Ferguson (Manchester United) Dario Gradi (Crewe Alexandra) Graham Turner (Hereford United)
mmarkie Posted 27 December 2008 Posted 27 December 2008 Yeh i now think Matty will start Dickov a bit longer off the bench this time i hope tho
Shrenchel Posted 27 December 2008 Posted 27 December 2008 1st game of the season I'll be going to!My last game was the Sheffield Wednesday game... so can't be any worse. GLC Posted 27 December 2008 Posted 27 December 2008 Hereford have scoreed 4 goals away from home all season. that will be double after full time
MC Prussian Posted 27 December 2008 Posted 27 December 2008 Deep inside, I hope we give Hereford a thrashing. They're really bad, second to last in the table, have done awful away from home so far and are bound to be relegated (I know, it's only halfway through the season). I wouldn't mind resting Fryatt at least for one half and give Dickov a chance up front together with Howard - maybe they can get some of their scoring touch back and bang in a few - who knows? Overall, I can see Pearson benching a few other regulars for once. I'm also aware of the fact that Hereford might massively rely on defence and create an "Iron Curtain" around their goal, which would be a hard nut to crack and in that case, I can see another sloppy 1-0 on the cards. However, I'd really like to see an entertaining game with loads of goals (not just from us, but with us on the winning side). Looking forward to this game, still. Last game before the halfway mark and with a win, we'd be Winter Masters...
Legend_in_blue Posted 27 December 2008 Posted 27 December 2008 I get the feeling that this is going to be one of those Yeovil or Crewe type games. What we musn't do is let them take their score tally to a rather substantial total of 5 away goals this season before we score first. Otherwise, it will be a long afternoon. Btw, where is Hereford?
Mark Posted 27 December 2008 Posted 27 December 2008 Martin Gilbert Tunchev Hobbs Berner Oakley King Davies Dyer Howard Fryatt Cisak, Morrison, Mattock, Gradel, Campbell/Verma Same 11, we shouldnt' rest players against a team thats likely to to put men behind the ball, instead, let's have some options to effect the game if needed this time.
FantasticMrFuchs Posted 27 December 2008 Posted 27 December 2008 Martin Gilbert Hobbs Powell Berner Oakley A. King Davies Gradel Dickov Howard Subs Cisak, Morrison, Dyer, Verma, Fryatt This is on the basis that Tunch is out for the game,Fryatt needs a rest for a game i think hes deserved it and is a crackin option to bring on making us more dynamic. having 5 in midfield with berner dropping back will help, no point playin 4-4-2 midfield need to be pushin forward with this to create goals.I do think we need to sack off DJ hasnt got a hope in hells chance now after his clearance cock up a few weeks ago i dont think we'll be seeing him soon. would be nice to see Verma have a little run about.Yes this 1 will be another Crewe/Yove but hopfully we have lernt from these games on how to break a side down and to get those scoring chances. My Prediction 2-0 with King & Fryatt getting the goals 1 each half. It would be nice to hear the fans in full voice again even though i carnt see it
MikeyT Posted 27 December 2008 Posted 27 December 2008 C'mon City dont let me down, this is the last game i can get to this season! Nothing but a win please!!!
City Fan Posted 27 December 2008 Posted 27 December 2008 If I was to buy a ticket for this game online tonight, where would I have to go to pick the ticket up? If it's the ticket office then I may as well just buy it from there tomorrow.

lavrentis Posted 28 December 2008 Posted 28 December 2008 How long does it normally take to get the tickets from this white trailer? Normally about as long as it takes to tell the bloke your last name and for him to get your tickets out of the box. So not long.
Lillehamring Posted 28 December 2008 Posted 28 December 2008 Normally about as long as it takes to tell the bloke your last name and for him to get your tickets out of the box. So not long. so that queue that stretches to the road isn't there anymore then...
