I've just found the 'vital' document that I'd lost/mislaid and had spent the last few days searching high and low for. Finding it has just saved me an extra 4 hours or so of additional work re-doing what was on it.

If I'd been more motivated and efficient I'd have re-done the 'lost' work this evening which, when I then found the document shortly afterwards, would have really pissed me off.

Sometimes laziness and procrastination really does pay off.
