For once, a team comes down and pisses the league. I'd rather it be you lot than Forest though. Hopefully you swap leagues next season.

Obviously you're playing well, so I wont ask that.

If this match was at the Walkers, you'd certainly win again, but I always fancy my chances at home, whoever we play.

I'm going for a 2-1 Rovers win, to send Birkenhead into false playoff optimism again.

Enjoy your lovely night in Birkenhell, it's a lovely place...

Sure.

We've not been playing well at home recently, as well as we did play yesterday, Cheltenham were really poor.

All season, we've played better away from, as we have much more freedom, but you lot are good at home, and this will be a very tough game, i don't think any of our players, management or fans will make any bones about that.

Draw.

I acknowledge that it'll be tough up there, but it's important that we win so we can "afford" to draw or even lose at Millwall on Saturday.

4 points in the next two games would be satisfactory.

Hoping for another 3 points of course. Tough game. Most likely to sneak a win I think than to actually convincingly win the game

I'll take a win thanks. Tranmere have not been invincible home or away this season and are probably facing far more pressure than us given the fact that they are right on the edge of the play-off places they are desperate to contest.

I just cannot imagine Pearson sanctioning the sort of enterprise we saw on Saturday. Apart from that game against a probably exhausted Walsall team we're not voted for it - get in front and keep it tight is more the philosophy.

But despite remaining in contention Tranmere have lost 12 games this season including three at home. I cannot imagine their latest draw away at Northampton was anything but combative had work - and likely far more strenuous than anything we had to cope with agains tCheltenham.

So why we should get all strung up and negative I don't know. I don't see any team who could pass and move better than us if we apply ourselves nor anyone who could stop us scoring if we play with sufficient width, pace and purpose.

Compete we must but so long as we do our work well, let them do the worrying.

What would we prefer - other than wins at both obviously!

Draw at Tranmere

Win at Millwall

or

Win at Tranmere

Draw at Millwall.

IMO, i'd take the former. Then we can get revenge for Millwall beating us at our ground as well as denting their play-off hopes :P

I'd take a draw right now.

I'd only take the draw if Steve scores and the day was as epic as Hartlepool. I want to win.

Any estimations how many foxes we have to deal with?

We'll have to stock up on the rodents, if we are to feed alot of you...

Being a night game and a fair treck for a WEDNESDAY night game, I think we will just about manage 1500 mark.

I for one will be in attendance.

Good shout.

Getting carried away.

Aslong as Matty Elliott is nowhere near the match, i'm fairly confident myself.

We'll probably get snotted though...

And Steve Guppy.

What's our record like away at Tranmere, i've seen us a few times up there but don't remember any of them being wins. Gavin Ward's save in the play-off semi's still arouses me today.

Got any other questions with blatantly obvious answers?!

I think it could be a close game. I am in a pretty unique position of being a Tranmere Season ticket holder and foxes fan (I go as carer for my disabled son) and I think Thrac is being a little complacent, Tranmere lost their home games early doors and have been on a long unbeaten run at home in the league.

Leicester should edge it because Tranmere are really struggling with injuries at the moment and probably don't have the depth to cope if Leicester are on form, but a Tranmere win is certainly possible if City are not firing on all cylinders as what Tranmere lack in quality they tend to replace with energy and enthusiasm , and Tranmere have made some of the top sides look pretty ordinary this term.

Note to anyone coming up on a minibus.

Try and park it as close to the ground as possible. If it's parked up on any of the roads adjacent to Borough Rd, our little scallies might have a field day with the windows.

Enjoy Birkenhell. Like I said, it's a lovely place. :crylaugh:
