Can only be a cracker, then. The man does miracles. Pi, Requiem For A Dream, The Fountain, The Wrestler, all very, very good movies.

Jordan Posted 8 March 2009 Posted 8 March 2009 The most enjoyable Hollywood remake I've seen was Ocean's Eleven--the Rat Pack is so cheesy. The sequels to those remakes were quite fun to watch as well. The original screenplay of The Warriors was a wonderfully awful film and it's a crime that this is being redone. I hear Slap Shot, no doubt one of the best sports films, is being remade, and I wonder if Paul Newman is turning over in his grave.
