lou Posted 12 April 2009 Posted 12 April 2009 A family member is a plumber and did some work round at Kisnorbos place on Freemans wharf a couple of weeks ago, Henderson and his missus live there aswell, they both told him they were leaving at the end of the season. Im not being funny or anything but AS IF they would tell a plumber working at their house that!!! If they did then theyre more than likely winding him up anyway. No professional footballer would divulge information like that to some random member of the public.
billyfox1 Posted 20 April 2009 Posted 20 April 2009 Mandaric has just been on SSN and said he hopes the deal will be finalised in the next couple of days
The Doctor Posted 20 April 2009 Posted 20 April 2009 Mandaric has just been on SSN and said he hopes the deal will be finalised in the next couple of days would that mean that he would stay at city over the summer or would he go back to liverpool first and then return to city when the transfer window opens?
dandannieldanok Posted 20 April 2009 Posted 20 April 2009 Mandaric has just been on SSN and said he hopes the deal will be finalised in the next couple of days Great news!
Edmund Posted 20 April 2009 Posted 20 April 2009 would that mean that he would stay at city over the summer or would he go back to liverpool first and then return to city when the transfer window opens? Im sure it means if he signs he will be packing his bags as soon as the seasons over.
Stevosevic Posted 20 April 2009 Posted 20 April 2009 Mandaric has just been on SSN and said he hopes the deal will be finalised in the next couple of days Oh, good. I saw an interview with him this morning and he didn't say this, two different interviews with Mandaric in one day?
The Doctor Posted 20 April 2009 Posted 20 April 2009 Oh, good. I saw an interview with him this morning and he didn't say this, two different interviews with Mandaric in one day? yep just shows how much the national news focuses on the top two divisions (but mostly the prem)
Guest Posted 20 April 2009 Posted 20 April 2009 Oh, good. I saw an interview with him this morning and he didn't say this, two different interviews with Mandaric in one day? Seems he's rediscovered his love for media coverage. Good news about the Hobbs deal Hobbs, Hobbs, Hobbs, Hobbs, Hobbs, Hobbs, Hobbs, Hobbs (like the SKOL tune)
billyfox1 Posted 20 April 2009 Posted 20 April 2009 Oh, good. I saw an interview with him this morning and he didn't say this, two different interviews with Mandaric in one day? It was a bit strange, along the bottom it said that we wouldn't listen to any offers for Fryatt but it was mentioned in the interview. Was it in the one this morning?
Koke Posted 20 April 2009 Posted 20 April 2009 400k would be an absolute bargain for someone of Jack Hobbs' calibre.
The Doctor Posted 20 April 2009 Posted 20 April 2009 It was a bit strange, along the bottom it said that we wouldn't listen to any offers for Fryatt but it was mentioned in the interview. Was it in the one this morning? ye in the interview this morning he said something about fryatt being our player, he signed a long term contract here and is happy here so he won't being leaving this summer.
Jimmy Posted 20 April 2009 Posted 20 April 2009 would that mean that he would stay at city over the summer or would he go back to liverpool first and then return to city when the transfer window opens? if we sign him now he'll start moving down immediately, why would Liverpool want him back if they had sold him to the club he's on loan at anyway. as for the transfer window system, you can sign players any time they just can't be registered to play until the next transfer window
lildave3 Posted 20 April 2009 Posted 20 April 2009 Oh, good. I saw an interview with him this morning and he didn't say this, two different interviews with Mandaric in one day? One interview split into two parts I think.
ronnup Posted 20 April 2009 Posted 20 April 2009 If they've let him go for £400,000 then this is a complete steal. him and tunch are more than ready for the Championship, and I really feel that a few seasons together, they could be a Prem partnership.

I doubt it will be that amount. That was just the rumored bid which we put in at first. Since then it has been reported other clubs have been alerted meaning that Liverpool would have probably jacked the price up slightly. Only time will tell. I can see him signing for us unless a premiership club come in for him which I doubt.

Alexikokopops Posted 21 April 2009 Posted 21 April 2009 We need a Jack Hobbs song JACK HOBB'S, EATS CHEESE AND ONION/MATTY FRYATT'S COBBS
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 21 April 2009 Posted 21 April 2009 Mandy Interview For those that haven't seen it. This is a shorter / cut version, I think.
