philce Posted 8 April 2009 Posted 8 April 2009 Suspensions take seven days to come in effect so Delph will play against us. But he'll crack in the cauldron that is the Walkers I thought they'd changed this to be immediate? Or is it just sending's off?
1884 Posted 8 April 2009 Posted 8 April 2009 United midfielder Fabian Delph is set to serve a two-match suspension. The 19-year-old picked up his 10th booking of the season during the first half of United's clash with Leyton Orient on Tuesday evening. Delph's ban does not come into action for seven days, meaning the midfielder will be available for Saturday's game against Stockport at Elland Road and the Easter Monday trip to Leicester City. He will miss the games against Tranmere and Hartlepool.
The Doctor Posted 8 April 2009 Posted 8 April 2009 hereford lost tonight will they lose 2 on the trot at home .............i bloody well hope so :chant: before last night they hadn't scored in three games and with las nights result they lost their last four scoring only one goal. if we can take the lead we should win it.
Jimmy Posted 8 April 2009 Author Posted 8 April 2009 Suspensions take seven days to come in effect so Delph will play against us. But he'll crack in the cauldron that is the Walkers when its an accumulation of bookings its immediate, at least it did with Howard
Dr The Singh Posted 8 April 2009 Posted 8 April 2009 when its an accumulation of bookings its immediate, at least it did with Howard It would be great if delph doesn't play!! can someone please confirm this!!
evs_the_fox Posted 8 April 2009 Posted 8 April 2009 Leeds have a moderate chance of catching us. Leeds have no chance of catching us - 11 points adrift with 15 to play for.
Darkzzz_ Posted 8 April 2009 Posted 8 April 2009 They won't catch us at all. They are staying in league 1.

I am so hating on you right now Delph is a good player, but I haven't heard the rave reviews of him of late, heres hoping Oakley can rape him next Monday and keep him silent. Will be a huge boost is Beckford is out... a HUGE boost (well, for me anyway)

Dr The Singh Posted 8 April 2009 Posted 8 April 2009 Leeds OS - Delph plays. Hmmm, not a positive omen!!
Daggers Posted 8 April 2009 Posted 8 April 2009 Hmmm, not a positive omen!! Little chap with a penchant for bookings playing in a high-tempo, hi-stakes match? What odds that he'll be the first to be sent off?

StanSP Posted 8 April 2009 Posted 8 April 2009 unless someone goes to leeds training ground with a crowbar and does some damage to his knees. Please let me do it!
Tilley Posted 8 April 2009 Posted 8 April 2009 Please let me do it! Looking forward to a combination of Hobbs/Morrison/Brown/Kisnorbo trying to contain Beckford.

Oooo we should play Dickov!! On the other hand lets not Im still trying to get the image of Oakley raping Delph out of my head......... gross!
CupidStunt Posted 8 April 2009 Posted 8 April 2009 They were never going to catch us anyhow, but with grayson coming back to city, and with beckford likely to start against us on monday, it has a blackpool feel about it all over again Hereford is a massive game, argueably one of the biggest yet considering the table position
Benji Posted 8 April 2009 Posted 8 April 2009 There were a lot of bad omens when we went to their place and we drew only for a late goal, no reason why we can't turn them over on monday; their away form is what's stopping them being in the top 2 in recent weeks we need to make the most of it.
