Scow Posted 7 April 2009 Posted 7 April 2009 I can. I can too - only if I'm able to get a few drinks down me before the game.
Guest Bilo Posted 7 April 2009 Posted 7 April 2009 Just done the BBC predictor. (Again) 1. LCFC 94 2. Posh 92 --------- 3. MK Dons 88 4. Millwall 86 5. Leeds 86 6. S****horpe 82 ---------------- 1-1 draw in the Leeds game by the way, but most notable is Leeds v Millwall in the play-offs. Ugly.
Finnegan Posted 7 April 2009 Posted 7 April 2009 Thing with Leeds is they'll come to the Walkers with 0 fear. They won't stick 28952353 men behind the ball, they'll come here with their swagger on thinking Leicester are in a rutt and they're on form and boom. Most teams that have opened up at the Walkers this season have gone home with the same result. It seems like a long time ago we shafted four past P'boro but it's the same scenario.
Foxes_Trust Posted 7 April 2009 Posted 7 April 2009 One extra factor - our fans will be up for this one more than other home game this season, so would expect the atmosphere to be the best of the season which should help our players
Nationwider Posted 7 April 2009 Posted 7 April 2009 I want us to beat Hereford and then deliberately lose at least 20-0 to Leeds in a breathtaking display of arrogance and contempt. I want showboating, deliberate own-goals, goading of opposition fans and bench, shirts off for the second half and a champagne reception on the final whistle.

It seems like a long time ago we shafted four past P'boro but it's the same scenario. Not sure that's true anymore. It was in the first half of the season but since then, lots of teams have played two up and got a point at our place - not least Carlisle on Saturday.
Finchy Posted 7 April 2009 Posted 7 April 2009 If we beat Hereford, which i'm confident we will do i mean we're playing badly but a bad Leicester side is better than a good Hereford side. Anyway if we do, I think we'll finish the season off with 4 wins, if we get 1 more win at this important time it could be just what the team needs, I just have a feeling. Then we'll all be on here asking what were we worried about Lose against Hereford however
BoneDog Posted 7 April 2009 Posted 7 April 2009 No visitors on here from Waccoe tonight? They all in shock after the late equaliser
Ultra Posted 7 April 2009 Posted 7 April 2009 In due course, perhaps, but right now they're deeply envious of our league position.
Tevez Posted 7 April 2009 Posted 7 April 2009 In due course, perhaps, but right now they're deeply envious of our league position. Really? If I was a Leeds fan I'd expect Leicester to be up there. Come on Leicester wern't planning to be mid-table were they?
Poakey Posted 7 April 2009 Posted 7 April 2009 Leeds will be bigger than we ever will be. True, but whats your point?
Bert Posted 7 April 2009 Posted 7 April 2009 True, but whats your point? His point was exactly his last post.
Tevez Posted 7 April 2009 Posted 7 April 2009 Rob, Do you think about me now and then? Do you think about me now and then? 'Cos I'm going coming home again.
C-man Posted 8 April 2009 Posted 8 April 2009 His point was exactly his last post. Pretty obvious though.

C-man Posted 8 April 2009 Posted 8 April 2009 We're the ones with the fear these days. That's right, Lily Allen will tear Lids apart.
Koke Posted 8 April 2009 Posted 8 April 2009 Easter Monday, big crowd, crucial game etc. Sheffield Wednesday all over again. As long as we beat Hereford first and foremost. Saturday is absolutely massive.
carterfox90 Posted 8 April 2009 Posted 8 April 2009 hereford lost tonight will they lose 2 on the trot at home .............i bloody well hope so :chant:
Brilliant White Posted 8 April 2009 Posted 8 April 2009 Leeds will be bigger than we ever will be. at last someone who knows what he is talking about!!! MOT
Chrysalis Posted 8 April 2009 Posted 8 April 2009 Leeds have a moderate chance of catching us. I think millwall are the most real threat tho, mk dons arent massively behind but like us their form has dropped. What we need is for peterborough to beat millwall and then for us to win our next game. At that point if we get a couple of draws with one of them against leeds we will probably be ok, although I think this year 88 points will be needed for automatic. Most other years we would already be up.
Ford Super Sunday Posted 8 April 2009 Posted 8 April 2009 Referring to an earlier point... Fabian Delph, according to Sky Sports, got his 10th booking of the season, not 5th, and will have a 2 game suspension... which one of those games likely to be against us. Great result, renewed confidence in myself! here we gooooooooooooooooo
