They've lost the edge since Murphy went off. I've watched a fair few games of Rugby but the rules leave me non-plussed or at least the apparent inconsistent interpretation of them especially the not releasing the ball which seems so arbitrary, it's like the refs just decide to penalise when they feel like it either that or not releasing must have various meanings. I just find the whole game totally ruined by the continual 'fouls' and the massive over the top punishment for seemingly innocuous technical errors.

He's a joke, always annoys me for Leicester games seems to have something against us. Did you hear them talking about the pass by Irish on the half way line that nearly resulted in a try, I think it caught out Hipkiss... They seemed to forget the fact it went 2 yards forward.

Finnegan Posted 16 May 2009 Posted 16 May 2009 What does off feet mean? If there's a ruck you're allowed to come over and try and shield it or compete for the ball but you have to stay on your feet and lean over. You can't just jump on the floor and obstruct the ball.
