Maybes Posted 19 May 2009 Posted 19 May 2009 Lutterworth looks great. How much will this cost for each of us? Pretty much similar to St Mags I believe. Bert informs me that he thinks St Mags is £31 per hour. Lutterworth is either £35 or £40 cant remember. Should really be a vote......
Finnegan Posted 20 May 2009 Author Posted 20 May 2009 My problem with Lutterworth is that people may be put off by the location where as I don't think anyone's going to rightfully refuse to go to St Mags. It's like when Alex was talking about dates, people might prefer one day so vote for it but more people might actually be able to go on another. I would probably just about go if it was at Lutterworth but it's going to be a massive mission for me and those of us who want to drink are going to have to find designated drivers to agree to do the honours as Lisa said the last bus from Lutterworth to town is incredibly early. That's the important part, really, not only have we all got to get there but those who want to drink have got to get back. I really can understand the appeal of Lutterworth, don't get me wrong, I'm just wondering whether a Foxes Talk six-a-side needs to risk excluding a few people (particularly newcomers who might be shy about lifts) for the sakes of a better playing surface?
Koke Posted 20 May 2009 Posted 20 May 2009 I agree with the Welsh slag . Lutterworth is really a bitch to get to and will put a lot of people off - especially the first timers. However, if it is unanimously agreed that Lutterworth to be the venue then I, for one, would definitely need a lift from one of your fine gentlemen.

Everyone was able to get to Mag's and was a brilliant day and the tournament ran smoothly. People are put off on the thought of Lutterworth and travelling there is abit of a way for people who will then have to pay for a bus there and back.
