Kilworthfox Posted 13 July 2009 Posted 13 July 2009 Finally, Someone That Thinks The Same Ever Since Its Came out Everyone Has Said To Get That Done! - No FU CKING Goal Music
City_4_Life Posted 13 July 2009 Posted 13 July 2009 I want more music. It should also be played when the ball goes out of play, or when a player is down injured etc.
Corky Posted 13 July 2009 Posted 13 July 2009 What? Why? Because we can make enough noise through celebration alone without any "musical" accompaniment
davieG Posted 13 July 2009 Posted 13 July 2009 What? Why? Because we don't need it, we know how to celebrate a goal, we've been doing it for years. Do you need music to be playing when your doing other things in life like walking, running, shagging etc. It's a football match not a music concert, If you want to hear Kasabian, Chelsea Dagger or whatever buy the CD, download them or go to a concert.

Barring this season, it's been hard to celebrate to any goals recently haha
davieG Posted 13 July 2009 Posted 13 July 2009 Barring this season, it's been hard to celebrate to any goals recently haha All the more reason to be able to enjoy them without being manipulated and suppressed by shitty any music

A little bit of Lionel gets me into a good rhythm.
davieG Posted 13 July 2009 Posted 13 July 2009 A little bit of Lionel gets me into a good rhythm. It's best to whistle and hum your own tunes whilst the woman plays the flute

Listen to these chaps milan_foxes, for they speak sense. Oh, and if you're on facebook click the link in my sig for some more reasons as to why we don't need it.
renards Posted 13 July 2009 Posted 13 July 2009 Don't like it but the musics here to stay, not sure if a handful on here would make a difference When most of the crowd are jumping about like nutters you hardly need a straw poll. Better to have Kasabian, the music would be the same as the intro to the BBC glastonbury progs
Maybes Posted 13 July 2009 Posted 13 July 2009 Barring this season, it's been hard to celebrate to any goals recently haha Moron.
Guest Posted 14 July 2009 Posted 14 July 2009 Listen to these chaps milan_foxes, for they speak sense. And chapesses. No.Goal. Music. Thank you.
Zingari Posted 14 July 2009 Posted 14 July 2009 the "Radetzky March" by Strauss would be good tune everyone would at least clap in time or maybe the ride of the Valkyries would also be a good choice
Kilworthfox Posted 14 July 2009 Posted 14 July 2009 Smash those looms people - smash those looms Very poor Dags, they were anti progress.
Mansfield Fox Posted 14 July 2009 Posted 14 July 2009 Sounds a good idea if it was to be introduced, may i ask why people dislike Goal Music so much?
welck12 Posted 14 July 2009 Posted 14 July 2009 Sounds a good idea if it was to be introduced, may i ask why people dislike Goal Music so much? read the thread and you might get a sniff of an idea why
Zingari Posted 14 July 2009 Posted 14 July 2009 Sounds a good idea if it was to be introduced, may i ask why people dislike Goal Music so much? it drowns out the shouts of pip-pip !! what-ho chaps!! and the cheery sound of 1940's gas rattles
StanSP Posted 14 July 2009 Posted 14 July 2009 Moron. You clearly don't understand light-hearted jokes. Tit.

If you think that's what's going on then you should probably have a quickly look around the ground next time we score. Pathetically pumping your arms up and down in the air while static hardly equates to "jumping about like nutters" now does it? And chapesses. My most sincere apologies.
James. Posted 14 July 2009 Posted 14 July 2009 Seriously? If you think that's what's going on then you should probably have a quickly look around the ground next time we score. Pathetically pumping your arms up and down in the air while static hardly equates to "jumping about like nutters" now does it? I made a point of looking around towards the end of last season and it really did look like a lot of people were jumping about like nutters, or something pretty similar. Ironically, the most noticeable spot for said nutter jumping looked like L1. I assume it was people mocking the dance but regardless the song still generates a big reaction in the club's eyes. I don't like it either, however I've always said that there's probably too many people who are indifferent to it to actually make much of a difference (10,000 people was a bit optimistic right?!). Hopefully it'll be gone by the start of this season though, especially given the positive news on your Facebook group from that Nick lad.
