Libertine Posted 21 July 2009 Posted 21 July 2009 You're not all that and a bag of potato chips! Uh-huh.

DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 21 July 2009 Posted 21 July 2009 Load of bullshit.Plus, Jesus was born in the year 0. That's sort of the fooking point of BC 'Before Christ' becoming AD There was no such thing as the year zero. The date goes from 1BC followed by 1AD. Thats the way the dating reference goes.
BoneDog Posted 21 July 2009 Posted 21 July 2009 Jesus wasn't born on Dec 25th but most people know that anyway. That date is a sun worship day of these secret groups who rule our countries. Horus and all that. (massive subject that needs time to learn about) These people hijacked Jesus' teachings and changed alot of his words, but he's still one of the greatest men to walk the earth. And he will be back
l444ry Posted 21 July 2009 Posted 21 July 2009 Load of bullshit.Plus, Jesus was born in the year 0. That's sort of the fooking point of BC 'Before Christ' becoming AD Jesus was almost certainly born between 4BC and 6BC.

And he will be back It is possible that there was a man named jesus around at the time people say he lived but he was no son of god but in my opinion just a normal man who was very enlightned. and for people who genuinely believe that there is a god and he will be back and the rapture is coming soon watch the film Religulous Bill Maher a comedian from america scours the world trying to establish why people believe in god or religion in general. He goes about it in the common sense way most people who believe in god dont seem to have But if you believe in god and any religion that is your right but because i dont doesnt mean i think your some sort of nutcase
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 21 July 2009 Posted 21 July 2009 Who is this "Jesus" you speak of? Some South American footballer from what i can gather.

According to Jordon Maxwell, NASA said december 21st - 24th are all equally the shortest day's of the year, thus 25th beginngs the Sun's revival. In ancient times, the Sun was considered God for the life it gave.
Fox You Forest Posted 21 July 2009 Posted 21 July 2009 Am I the only one who doesnt give a **** when Jesus was born? Nope..
Finnegan Posted 21 July 2009 Posted 21 July 2009 Load of bullshit.Plus, Jesus was born in the year 0. That's sort of the fooking point of BC 'Before Christ' becoming AD Don't even most Christians acknowledge that that's probably wrong, now? Isn't it generally accepted that the Roman calendar is slightly out?
Dr The Singh Posted 21 July 2009 Posted 21 July 2009 It doesn't matter what day he is born, Santa ain't changing his schedule for no-one!!! Seriously though, no matter what the evidence the church aren't gonna admit there wrong...............on a personal note it doesn't make any difference to modern day life!!!
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 21 July 2009 Posted 21 July 2009 December the 25th was the date the Romans held for their Saturnalia, the worship of the Sun God, Saturn, more commonly known to them as Sol. They held feasts in his honour, and gave one another presents. This date was then selected by the Christians, as the official birth date of Christ. The tradition of feasting ( now Christmas dinner ), and the giving of presents, have remained ever since. Hence a pagan festival was turned into a religious one!
