lcfc_jme Posted 10 November 2009 Posted 10 November 2009 Managed to follow my 3-0 defeat in the cup at Anfield up with a 4-2 defeat at Villa Park, the only positive being that Gekas and Bojinov played up front together again and both managed to score. That said, I'm still 2nd, 2 points above Yanited.. EVERTON are cruising away 5 points clear at the top!!

Also just played my first game as Ghana manager against Djibouti I'll be the only englishman at the World Cup

Scoring goals often enough but my defence is shite, no combination is working. Amazingly I haven't got the sack yet and it appears the fans are accepting the crapness and I've heard nothing from the chairman. All the more surprising given that the clubs above me are sacking their managers at will. Still bottom, still in a job. Looking bleak now, 10 points off safety in February, in a run of dreadful form. Nothing seems to be working although I'm still in the job at least. I reckon at least 7/8 managers from clubs directly above me have already been sacked, including Pearson at Leicester.

Sacked now , got to the 44th game which I lost and confirmed relegation. Nearly managed a great escape but left it too late and now left looking for another job. <_< Edit: Taken the Oxford job , they've just won the Blue Square Premier so not sure why there isn't a manager. Oh well, I remain in the football league.....just.

Although this year he's not AC Milan standard, he was one of the best striker on 08. With Leicester, signed a few free transfers, and released Clemence to free up some more wages. StanSP Posted 11 November 2009 Posted 11 November 2009 I've been offered about 7 or 8 youngsters all 16 or under. They're quality for their age but expensive. Signed them all up and safe to say I'm looking to the future
