Ok, my season is not going to well s**t really.

The board finally said that I was to get sacked if I didn't 'get a result' against West Brom. Anyway, I ended up winning 1-0.

Been on the game this morning and again the board have said it. It was before the away match at Cardiff. Thing is, I had just beat Sheffield Wednesday 4-1 and climed above Preston, Blackpool, Peterborough and Palace to a massive 18th lol

So, I set up the Cardiff game, away at St. Davids Stadium, with the sacking threat in mind... and what a great game it was.... for Cardiff fans:

It ended, Cardiff City 5-4 Leicester.

I took the lead and went 2-0 up early on. And when you lead early on and the thing at the bottom is saying 'Can Cardiff salvage anything from this match?' and 'Leicester are crusing here!' you know somethings going to happen, and it did; Chopra scored two before Whittingham added a third and all of a sudden I was 3-2 down. Then, Hobbs scored a beauty of a goal for 3-3. Whittingham scored an open goal before Stevie Howard made it 4-4. I thought, I'll take 4-4, it was about 85 minutes in so I started to defend more, and then, a soft cross evaded Hobbs/Tunchev/Nielson, Weale was scrambling all over the place and Whittingham hit a ball and it rolled accross the line.. I could feel my heart beating.. and he scored! 5-4 Cardiff!

Wonder what will happen next on football manager 2010...

Anyway, my current team is, or will be, against Sheffield United who I play next:

Logan

Nielson -- Hobbs -- Tunchev -- McGivern

King -- Wellens

Chambers -- Adams -- Barazite

It's amazing how we all see Leicester really.

I wouldn't even dream of playing Logan, McGivern or Adams in my Leicester team!

Slowly getting into it, after a poor first season with Barnet I'm now 5 points clear at the top approaching January. A few things remain incredibly annoying though, like the fact the board lowered my wage budget from 18k to 14k a week in the Summer?!?!?! Which meant I couldn't sign anyone, all I could offer was £120 a week, surely this is a bug Ricey?

Bournemouth 1 Point off play offs in league 1 in March.

West Ham 12 Place premier league. Just been offered the job after they sacked zola.

Slowly getting into it, after a poor first season with Barnet I'm now 5 points clear at the top approaching January.

6 games later, 5th and 9 points off the top including a 9-2 defeat at Walsall after changing nothing, game over. No tactics works for more than 3 games in a row.

So i've started another game as Bath!

I'm following them this year as part of this bet I have with my mates - we all have a team to follow from the BS South and I picked Bath - so thought I'd pick them on FM.

Not going too badly so far, I beat Newcastle Res in my friendlies and holding my own against the league sides. Really tough set of players to work with but made some decent free signings - I wont bore you with the names though!

oh...... okay then....... <_< :whistle:

So anyway just finished my mini season with west ham... time to put my own stamp on things now, new players new tactics the works.

I've played 6, won 4 drawn 2 in season 4 with Leic, rejected Man Yoo and Spurs in the summer.. Pacheco (German, that is) on a free transfer has scored 7 league goals in 5 league games, can't wait to partner him with the injured Acquafresca. Zapata at centre-half is also an inspired signing. I feel I'm gona hit the CL this season. BOOOO-YAAAAAA. :D

Yes they wouldn't get in my side in real life, I think, but Adams is great on it for me, Weale is constantly making errors like Wayne Brown and McGivern I rekon is better than Berner on it. Don't know about anybody else's save.

Dad has got Logan in his side and he is awesome, when I put him in he is rubbish. Therefore, I am looking for a new goalkeeper.

Anway, just played Doncaster Rovers away and won 6-2! Gallagher got 4 and Barazite got 2, including a lovely free-kick.

Decided to start a game with the Belgium national team and in the press conference I got asked if it's a problem that I don't speak Dutch!?! lol

What's so funny about that? :unsure:

Seeing asit was qute a talking point when Capello took over :P

Because they speak French in Belgium, or at least they did last time I went there. lol

EDIT: Just looked, different regions speak French and Dutch, maybe not such a stupid question then :frusty:

I hate the press conferences, they must have asked me if I want Freddie Ljungberg about 245643245678954321 times this season :@

I don't even want him, but I may just sign him to shut them up!

I'm top of the Championship, after 32 games with Leicester and I've scored 100 goals, losing only 3 games. I think I've scored in something like 28 consecutive Championship games now!

My defence leaves little to be desired though as they have let in 68!!! The principle of overload does really work and allows for some silly games. I've had a couple of 7-1 victories and had a 5-5 with Doncaster. I thought I might fall of a bit after January when Milan decided to cash in on the 2m bid for Dyer, 2.1m for Wellens and 1.6m for Gallagher. With me final having a transfer kitty, I've signed a Scandinavian right winger who is 21, a 17 year old Spanish striker, a young regen Northern Irish LB who looks decent and Shevley from Palace.

Things aren't going to well in my game with Leicester, I'm down in 15th with 13 games played.

I had to beat Derby 2 games ago otherwise I probably would of got sacked, I won 3-0.

Then it still said it when I played Palace, I beat them 1-0.

Now just about to play Reading, and it says it again. <_<

Oh yeah, I'm really shit away, whereas at home I'm really good, so will most likely lose.

In my Leicester game I play a 4-2-2-2 with defensive no nonsence centrebacks, supporting fullbacks, box to box centre mids, 2 attacking wingers and 2 goal poachers. I score a bagful but can't defend for all the tea in China. I then set it to overload and just let them play. I might tweak the tactics in game like tell them to get forward, player wider or fullback overlap but other than that, it does a job for me.
