I haven`t got an issue with people judging him, but what are they judging him on? season hasn`t even started.

Babylon just answered you, and you're asking the same question again.....

People are judging him on his previous seasons - and rightly so imo.

I like it one of my favourite songs

Out of all the Leicester songs, one of your favourites is left side over here?

Jesus lol

Bore game to be honest, glimpses of good play. Were not where Pearsons wants us at but you can tell we are getting there the more games we play we will get better, Valladoid didn't trouble often.

However Set Peices were looking a lot better at then last season lots of movement, believe these will be very important for us. Weale looks very solid as does the back four which Im sure will start against Swansea, i would be suprised if Fryatt starts even though he scored but I could be wrong hes proved me wrong by scoring today!

We all know we need a striker for an extra option, Adams looked good when coming on causing problems and with Maxi looking like he can cross better this season. Having them on the substitutes bench will be great.

although that we won we created a load of chances we didnt put away i think we need a good striker with pace and who can finish walking home and the playing what sprung to mind is jackson from gills and leroy lita however lita is asking for to put wages so a nono to him.

Have you ever heard of punctuation?

Only thing worrying me from what I've seen at Chesterfield and today is how easily we seem to be put under pressure in midfield and lose possession as a result. Fryatt missing some of pre-season might be a blessing in disguise, he looks to be starting up right where he left off.

anyone see the lady having a rag at me and 7 other lads because we was sing were the left side over here?

To be fair you lot were doing a good enough job making idiots of yourselves with some of the comments you were making... are you actually 14?

Fair enough have a sing & that... but use your brains haha.

She proper dissed you as well, and all you could come back with was 'do you take it up the arse love?'.

So I was right and you were wrong dont beleive everything you read. My comments were based on watching games myself and not juming on the bandwagon....Tunch is not match fit and Brown has been awesome so far.

lol i never said he was going to start just simply stating that it said on thebluearmy that he is.

I had my doubts, and i wasn't jumping on the bandwagon, just thought i'd mention it :P

Well, a win is nice, but the second-half performance was a bit laboured and Valladolid played some decent stuff.

First half we knocked the ball around well and showed some nice touches, couple of decent passing moves.

Impressed with Wellens, looks assured on the ball, and Weale too, commands his area, good shouts and a strong kick.

Wasn't the best game in all honesty either, but I wasn't expecting much, and am glad we managed to score, keep possesion, a clean sheet and win against a la liga side.

Our fans piss me off BIG TIME. One fan just to the right of me was treating it like a champions league final telling howeard to 'stop being lazy' and dyer to 'stop pissing about on the ball'

N'Guessan didn't impress me tbh, he looks to have something though and I shall preserve judgement seeing as he was playing out of position.

Dyer played well, thought defence gave them a bit too much room, but its onl'y pre season.

Adams played really well when he come on, should start against the swans.

Wellens had a very good game, 3 people come up to me after asking 'who our number 7 was'.

I'm not a fan of friendlys personally but it's a long summer and I need something to do lol

I thought I had Ian Stringer sat behind me the way the bloke was commentating on everything, he actually spoke as if he was commentating though.

In the first half, I actually did have Ian Stringer sitting behind me.

The shirt he was wearing was a horrid shade of pink..

As far as the game was going, it looked a nailed-on 0-0 until Fryatt's late strike. I hope the result is an omen for the season as a whole.

Weale, Wellens and Howard looked sharp for us, as did O'Neill and Adams when they came on. Good to see the defence keeping another clean sheet.

I thought it looked abit shaky on a few occasions though, As said by someone earlier in the thread mistakes are acceptable and not the end of the world in friendlies, and we didn't concede anyway.

Yeah, abit too much room for my liking.

Sure it will be sorted for swansea though :D

Morrison and Berner got caught out a few times. If they were the first-choice full-backs, I'd be worried.

But neither of them are likely to start next week.

Morrison will start next week - Neilson is suspended.

Morrison will i'd imagine as Nielsons suspended. So unless O'Niel starts he will do.

Really? Who will play right back then.

Mattock could come back in the team but hasn't been with the squad for a while.

Neilson is out suspended and Mattock has barely been involved in the preparations. I would say there's a good chance both will start next week.

I'm not sure i reckon Mattock will start. He'll have a weeks training under his belt and it's not as if he's a new player so he knows the squad obviously bar 2-3 players. And if he does'nt i dont mind Berner deputising. I do worry about Morrison becuase does'nt Dyer play on the left side for Swansea?

Sat close to Paulo Sousa(swans boss).. credit to him for staying until the end.

It was him then! It was bugging me.

I feel so sorry for anyone who has to listen to Stringer for their footy fix. Nice shirt though.

Not a great game but a win is a win I suppose. We should of had acouple in the 1st half and Weale didn't really have too much to do.

The defence looked good while Adams came on and changed things I thought. Howard won the majority of headers and had a goal disalllowed which I wasn't too sure about really.

The major thing is Fryatt coming on and took his goal very well, and have seen it again since on SSN.

Shame Tunchev didn't play any part and looks like O'Neil and Burns will get a chance this year which is always good to see.
