StanSP Posted 25 October 2009 Posted 25 October 2009 ARsenal go 2 up. Man City draw 2-2 with Fulham. Read earlier how shit Fulham's away form is. They've only won 8 times away from home in the past four season ! Credit to them for getting a draw today.
lildave3 Posted 25 October 2009 Posted 25 October 2009 Fell asleep at half time in the United match! Livid. Edit - But Vidic He does not like playing Liverpool does he!
AjcW Posted 25 October 2009 Posted 25 October 2009 Mon the Hammers!! 2-2 Good Comeback from 2-0 down, very contentious penalty but who cares. The Diamond appeared from the rough
Budweiser Posted 25 October 2009 Posted 25 October 2009 Parker off. Hopefully West Ham will steal a win.
Hitesh Posted 25 October 2009 Posted 25 October 2009 What a crazy day of football! MOTD2 should be good today!
Corky Posted 25 October 2009 Posted 25 October 2009 Why did Vidic get sent-off? Two yellows- first one for persistent fouling I think, and the second for pulling down Kuyt.
lou Posted 25 October 2009 Posted 25 October 2009 Why did Vidic get sent-off? Only the referee knows Liverpool were the best side and deserved the win but that ref was terrible
Budweiser Posted 25 October 2009 Posted 25 October 2009 Who just saw that miss by Zamora? Worst miss this season easily. Cannot believe Hodgson rejected 5m from Hull for him.
lildave3 Posted 25 October 2009 Posted 25 October 2009 Who just saw that miss by Zamora?Worst miss this season easily. Cannot believe Hodgson rejected 5m from Hull for him. He didn't, Zamora turned them down didn't he?
Budweiser Posted 25 October 2009 Posted 25 October 2009 He didn't, Zamora turned them down didn't he? I thought that Hodgson stopped it at the last minute as he didn't have 'adequate cover'? Nah im wrong, you were right!
Hitesh Posted 25 October 2009 Posted 25 October 2009 That was a shocking miss! Didn't realise Klasnic (sp? Bolton player!) had two kidney ops! Fair play to the guy!
Uncle Albert Posted 26 October 2009 Posted 26 October 2009 Only the referee knows Liverpool were the best side and deserved the win but that ref was terrible Yeah the Ref had a mare at one point - where the hell did he get 5 minutes from?! Anyways what a win! Watched it in a Pub in Liverpool and it was absolutely amazing. Father Ted what was the score? And how did your Serbian hero get on again yesterday? 3 Red cards in a row against Liverpool.
Fox92 Posted 26 October 2009 Posted 26 October 2009 So Alex Ferguson has another go at the referee, jeez, if that was anybody else like Nigel Pearson for example, he'd be band. Some mixed results this week. Bolton 3-2 Everton West Ham 2-2 Arsenal ... And Liverpool won

Bolton 3-2 Everton West Ham 2-2 Arsenal ... And Liverpool won Given Everton's bollocks form and injury problems, they did well to take Bolton til the end. Surprised at Arsenal giving away a 2 goal lead from a very comfortable position. Won't do them much good at home to Spurs this weekend.
Bert Posted 26 October 2009 Posted 26 October 2009 What a fantastic day of Premiership football that was.
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 26 October 2009 Posted 26 October 2009 Agree with Bert just a pain in the arse it was your Sunday our Sunday nite / Monday morning. Really hope Sunderland can keep on getting results and qualify for Europe.
Floating Fox Posted 26 October 2009 Posted 26 October 2009 Don't think I've ever celebrated a Liverpool goal like that 2nd one! Down the pub rippin' the shite out of the plastic manc window lickers with some scousers. Loved it!
leicesterfox86 Posted 26 October 2009 Posted 26 October 2009 What do we think of the title race now? This football blog thinks that Liverpool are back in with a chance of winning the Premier League, but is this the case after just one game? Personally, I don't think they can be ruled out. Every team is losing points at the moment and we are only in October! The win at the weekend should give them a big lift as well!

Every team is losing points at the moment and we are only in October! The win at the weekend should give them a big lift as well! Obviously they can catch the top 2, but I'm almost certain they wont. They're not good enough, let alone several points behind. Carragher's declining badly (did OK yesterday but he wont keep that up), Johnson's attacking instincts provide too many chances to highlight this, Mascherano doesn't wanna be there, loads of average players, and 2 world class players who miss a fair chunk of games. 3rd at best, but could finish 5th imo.
Uncle Albert Posted 27 October 2009 Posted 27 October 2009 Liverpool will finish in the top four. The League is that close Liverpool only have to go on a run of 5 League wins and they will be right back in the mix - United are seriously lost without Ronaldo they dont have that fear factor that they had last season. What full back in their right mind is going to be scared of playing against an average Ecuadorian or a oldboned Welsh twat?
MC Prussian Posted 31 October 2009 Author Posted 31 October 2009 @ the Arsenal fans jumping their seats behind Heurelio Gomes' goal.
