ARsenal go 2 up.

Man City draw 2-2 with Fulham.

Read earlier how shit Fulham's away form is. They've only won 8 times away from home in the past four season :o!

Credit to them for getting a draw today.

Mon the Hammers!!

2-2 Good Comeback from 2-0 down, very contentious penalty but who cares.

The Diamond appeared from the rough :P

Why did Vidic get sent-off?

Two yellows- first one for persistent fouling I think, and the second for pulling down Kuyt.

Only the referee knows lol

Liverpool were the best side and deserved the win but that ref was terrible :giggle:

Who just saw that miss by Zamora?

Worst miss this season easily. Cannot believe Hodgson rejected 5m from Hull for him.

He didn't, Zamora turned them down didn't he?

I thought that Hodgson stopped it at the last minute as he didn't have 'adequate cover'?

Nah im wrong, you were right!

That was a shocking miss!

Didn't realise Klasnic (sp? Bolton player!) had two kidney ops! Fair play to the guy!

Yeah the Ref had a mare at one point - where the hell did he get 5 minutes from?!

Anyways what a win! Watched it in a Pub in Liverpool and it was absolutely amazing.

Father Ted what was the score? And how did your Serbian hero get on again yesterday? 3 Red cards in a row against Liverpool. lol

So Alex Ferguson has another go at the referee, jeez, if that was anybody else like Nigel Pearson for example, he'd be band.

Some mixed results this week.

Bolton 3-2 Everton

West Ham 2-2 Arsenal

... And Liverpool won :)

Given Everton's bollocks form and injury problems, they did well to take Bolton til the end.

Surprised at Arsenal giving away a 2 goal lead from a very comfortable position. Won't do them much good at home to Spurs this weekend.

Kind of ironic.

What do we think of the title race now? This football blog thinks that Liverpool are back in with a chance of winning the Premier League, but is this the case after just one game? Personally, I don't think they can be ruled out. Every team is losing points at the moment and we are only in October!

The win at the weekend should give them a big lift as well!

Obviously they can catch the top 2, but I'm almost certain they wont. They're not good enough, let alone several points behind. Carragher's declining badly (did OK yesterday but he wont keep that up), Johnson's attacking instincts provide too many chances to highlight this, Mascherano doesn't wanna be there, loads of average players, and 2 world class players who miss a fair chunk of games. 3rd at best, but could finish 5th imo.

Liverpool will finish in the top four.

The League is that close Liverpool only have to go on a run of 5 League wins and they will be right back in the mix - United are seriously lost without Ronaldo they dont have that fear factor that they had last season. What full back in their right mind is going to be scared of playing against an average Ecuadorian or a oldboned Welsh twat?
