Fox92 Posted 18 August 2009 Posted 18 August 2009 Worst most probably include the likes of Bori, Laszco, David Bell, Jarett etc
mancunianfox Posted 18 August 2009 Posted 18 August 2009 Best - Jack Hobbs hands down. He played a big role for us, looks good at Championship level plus at the end of the loan we got him for a ridiculously low price. We have had better players...Fulop, Cleverley, Davies but Hobbs was a great bit of business. Worst - Marco Ferreira...WHO?
FoxesFan123 Posted 18 August 2009 Posted 18 August 2009 Worst - has to be Marco Ferreira. For someone to come with high reputation from a club like Benfica, being an international player for the same country and in the same position as the best player in the world, to a club which desperately wanted a winger in that right sided position, and to not get a SINGLE appereance, is a massive flop.

How do you know if he never played
lildave3 Posted 18 August 2009 Posted 18 August 2009 How do you know if he never played Surely that's the point
Joe. Posted 18 August 2009 Posted 18 August 2009 Worst most probably include the likes of Bori, Laszco, David Bell, Jarett etc David Bell wasn't bad...?
Simo86 Posted 18 August 2009 Posted 18 August 2009 The best has to be Muzzy Izzet before we signed him permanently from Chelsea. His diving header against watford got us into the play-offs and sent them down!
Sooper Steve's shin Posted 18 August 2009 Posted 18 August 2009 Waghorn! Seriously, though, I think the best for coming in and making a positive impact on the team in the time available over the least few years have been Marton Fulop and Mark Davies. Kevin Campbell's a good shout going back a few years. Any number of flops from the last couple of seasons, you can pretty much take your pick.
winnie the blue Posted 19 August 2009 Posted 19 August 2009 Gerry Daly Dont forget Kelvin Etuhu from Man City. Absolute Garbage
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 19 August 2009 Posted 19 August 2009 Stuart Taylor, on loan from Arsenal wan't bad. The worst - Ryan Smith on loan from Arsenal.
Guest Posted 19 August 2009 Posted 19 August 2009 David Bell wasn't bad...? He was alright, didn't have much in the way of a cross but not too bad overall. Best - Fulop/Davies/Hobbs/Martin Worst - Ryan Smith/Laczko (apart from that Cov performance)

Never played again I dont think.

scinnell Posted 19 August 2009 Posted 19 August 2009 David Bell wasn't bad...? David Bell was one of my favourite players that season
lildave3 Posted 19 August 2009 Posted 19 August 2009 Ryan Smith's debut away at Derby was quality. Shame he went shit after.
Jackirius Posted 19 August 2009 Posted 19 August 2009 Worst = laszco Best= Fulop Laszco was crap because he was meant to be amazing and fulop.... well is fulop, top player should have signed him when we had the chance.
Corky Posted 19 August 2009 Posted 19 August 2009 Best- Muzzy? (He was on loan for a bit ) Worst- Jason Jarrett
