lcfcsam1 Posted 12 October 2009 Posted 12 October 2009 2-0 win, Howard and a defender scoring from a corner. We have never lost at home to Derby whilst at the Walkers so the omens are good! Also we are the only game not to have ref announced for it according to the Football League website, dont know why that is, especially when it has already decided for Palace on Tues. This is because the game will be refereed by a premier league referee and these are announced a little bit later on, the referee is mike dean and here are his games refereed so far this season: 05-10-2009 Aston Villa 1 - 1 Man City 37924 Premiership 26-09-2009 Tottenham 5 - 0 Burnley 35462 Premiership 22-09-2009 Sunderland 2 - 0 Birmingham 20576 League Cup Rd 3 17-09-2009 Villarreal 1 - 0 Levski Sofia 5000 Europa Cup (Gp G) 12-09-2009 Stoke 1 - 2 Chelsea 27440 Premiership 29-08-2009 Man Utd 2 - 1 Arsenal 75095 Premiership 20-08-2009 Sivasspor 0 - 3 Shakhtar D Europa Cup (PO) 15-08-2009 Blackburn 0 - 2 Man City 29584 Premiership 08-08-2009 West Brom 1 - 1 Newcastle 23502 Championship 06-08-2009 Galatasaray 6 - 0 M Netanya Europa Cup (3Q) 06-06-2009 Iceland 1 - 2 Netherlands 9635 WC Qualifier Gp 9 06-09-2008 Belgium 3 - 2 Estonia 17992 WC Qualifier Gp 5 Also this game is live on bbc radio fivelive sports extra incase anyone wants to listen.

Howard and a defender scoring from a corner? Have you any idea what the odds would be on that? We have not had a defender score from a corner all season and the last time Howard scored I was still in short trousers! Still, have to complement you on your optimism, very impressive....
jonthefox Posted 12 October 2009 Posted 12 October 2009 Will be tight, but I think we'll edge it.1-0. C'mon could not agree more. got be super steve , hasnt it.
marbelladave Posted 12 October 2009 Posted 12 October 2009 could not agree more. got be super steve , hasnt it. Give me a reason to believe you. Please? Just one. Please? Please...............
Corky Posted 12 October 2009 Posted 12 October 2009 Give me a reason to believe you. Please? Just one. Please? Please............... Up against his old club, due a goal, big performance I think from Stevie on Saturday
Bert Posted 12 October 2009 Posted 12 October 2009 Might be a decent atmosphere with a full away section. It will, I've always thought Derby had a decent away following anyway. Should be a good atmosphere. Bout time a team brought a decent away following , last few home games have been poor with the likes of them spacks in orange and Preston. L1 should be pretty lively It will mate, will be rammed full too. Can see us winning 1-0. Derby have been poor on their travels of late.
maddog Posted 12 October 2009 Author Posted 12 October 2009 Up against his old club, due a goal, big performance I think from Stevie on Saturday If he plays. No reason to drop Yann yet for me. He did well at Cov.

Derby have been poor on their travels of late. I'm starting to get pissed off with people coming under the barrier and "ramming" L1 Anyway... Leicester 3-0 Fryatt hatrick
Koke Posted 12 October 2009 Posted 12 October 2009 Paul Gallagher is due a goal. Then again I said that against Middlesbrough and Coventry as well. 3rd time lucky, lad.
Fox92 Posted 13 October 2009 Posted 13 October 2009 Really can't wait for this one, should be a good atmosphere with Derby only being down the road and all thus a good away following. Don't think Derby have won at The Walkers either have they? Going for 3-2 Leicester with Howard scoring one along with a brace from Matty Fryatt.
marbelladave Posted 13 October 2009 Posted 13 October 2009 there you go, theres two Believable......Really? I do hope so, not putting any money on it though!
marknotts Posted 13 October 2009 Posted 13 October 2009 I'm coming to this one if you don't sell out and I'm looking forward to it as a neutral. Hope for a good game and think it will be a 1-1 draw with a good atmosphere.
Foxhateram Posted 13 October 2009 Posted 13 October 2009 Not sure about this one! I think it will be similar to THAT leeds game last season. Tight game that is end to end with a great atmosphere. Think we will nick it right at the end, with a player that you would not expect to score scoring, someone like Hobbs.
Guest Basildon Fox Posted 13 October 2009 Posted 13 October 2009 Can see a hard fought 2-1 win, probably coming from behind as usual!!
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 13 October 2009 Posted 13 October 2009 Oh no, don't tell me Mike Deane's the ref He fooking is! Terrific. One nil loss.
Guest Posted 13 October 2009 Posted 13 October 2009 It's my 30th birthday saturday, what better present than absolutely battering the rams! 3-0 Oakley, Fryatt (2)
AjcW Posted 13 October 2009 Posted 13 October 2009 It's my 30th birthday saturday, what better present than absolutely battering the rams!3-0 Oakley, Fryatt (2) Well its mine sunday so ill go with that too
blueblood Posted 14 October 2009 Posted 14 October 2009 IF we can nick an early goal, I think the flood gates will open, because quite frankly, Derby have been shit this season, and on top of that they've got a lot of injuries to deal with. So I'm predicting a 5-0 win... (I'm a season ticket holder, and I went to Watford and Cov away- as long as we get the early goal...)
