teblin Posted 6 December 2009 Posted 6 December 2009 I can remember us getting a tonking in a few season where we have gone on to do well in this league. 5-1 against Cambridge in the early 90's and we went on to get to wembley 6-1 against ipswich under adams and went on to get automatic promotion. We will bounce back from this no doubt at all.

We were abysmal in ALL areas yesterday, defence, midfield, attack even in the stands our support was a joke. A good laugh on the train home with A Fox in Essex and mouthy 16 year old, few in the loaded dog and last night almost helped but it's still fu cking horrible. Anyone doubting the manager, calling for wholesale changes and a clearout is a complete disabled and will not register on my radar.

Hallelujah, hope he means he'll start using wingers again and putting midfielders and strikers in their correct positions. Has he forgot the old adage, "if it aint bust, don't try and fix it". So what has he been doing the last few games. Square pegs, round holes. Hole in the defence formation, striker on the wing formation, midfielder out lost formation et al. Come on Nigel BACK TO BASICS that's what got us promoted last season so why change?

All I'm saying is that refereeing pissed me off because we were shit and nothing went right for us and a blatant penalty not given typified how this what not our day.
