Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 5 December 2009 Posted 5 December 2009 Me and my cousin were just saying the fact we have lost 5-1 is probably better than losing 1-0. It shows that we arent as good as we think we are and give a wake up call to the players. The fact we dont score enough is very worrying, and I think if we beat Bristol we might just forget about this result and go on a run, but if we fail to beat them, I will be very worried. Forest have scored 9 in 2 games now, and its about time we gave someone a hammering.
muffin Posted 5 December 2009 Posted 5 December 2009 Baby Lon I'm glad you find 5-1 a rib tickler, City were as poor today, as your all to numerous posts! You and a few others don't see it yet, but its about to start unraveling big time for NP. I for one just knew we were going to get thumped today, This should of been the second hammering recently, Reading being the first. The ONE thing that can save our season is new signings in Jan. Or you can forget the playoffs. muffin I AGREE WITH ME (PEARSON OUT) BTW. muffin
marbelladave Posted 5 December 2009 Posted 5 December 2009 Well when NP's position becomes vacant and you hand your cv into Mandaric, make sure you don't forget to mention this. <_< The beauty of being a critic is that you get to comment after the event, you point out what is going wrong in the hope that the professional will sort it out. When it is not sorted and the same issues occur week after week you naturally get a bit fed up and go on about it a bit. Everything that went wrong today has happened before this season but this time everything went wrong at the same time. It is frustrating when you point out where things are going wrong and get abused for your trouble, if fans on a forum can see the issues, you hope the manager can see it. It would appear that Billy Davis could see it as his team new exactly how to take us apart!
The Doctor Posted 5 December 2009 Posted 5 December 2009 I AGREE WITH ME (PEARSON OUT) BTW.muffin you're the only one who's not plastered who does.
RedHux Posted 5 December 2009 Posted 5 December 2009 In reply to previous money based posts, I'm happy to concede that compared to you our spending has more of a Real Madrid look about it,
Corky Posted 5 December 2009 Posted 5 December 2009 I can't believe someone suggested that Pearson is a racist manager
The Doctor Posted 5 December 2009 Posted 5 December 2009 In reply to previous money based posts, I'm happy to concede that compared to you our spending has more of a Real Madrid look about it, which is quite suprising when we have a supposedly richer owner than you do.
Tilley Posted 5 December 2009 Posted 5 December 2009 Another loss from a game that isn't a 3pm kick off.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 5 December 2009 Posted 5 December 2009 Another loss from a game that isn't a 3pm kick off. We are undefeated under NP at 3pm away from home!
RedHux Posted 5 December 2009 Posted 5 December 2009 which is quite suprising when we have a supposedly richer owner than you do. Took our man a good few years before he started splashing a bit of cash about. Perhaps Milan's just biding his time.....I should think he needs to get a wiggle on though after today.
The Doctor Posted 5 December 2009 Posted 5 December 2009 We are undefeated under NP at 3pm away from home! good job at the present time all of our saturday away games are 3pm kick offs then.
Lovejoy Posted 5 December 2009 Posted 5 December 2009 Pearson out simple as, fooking crap and he's been found out. Last week against scunny. Chance after chance and now today. Are you Milan in disguice?Your having a laugh mate. Of course he is, purely designed to wind people up when they're feeling down.
WardyisPukka Posted 5 December 2009 Posted 5 December 2009 I really dont want this to be the start of a bad run but i sense we could drop more points , people saying pearson out shut up , to be honest we played poor against plymouth ans scunny , so we were going to be found out just shame it was against frickin forest
Guest Posted 5 December 2009 Posted 5 December 2009 Would be unfair to single out any individual, it was a bad performance collectively. Fair point, although personally I was extremely disappointed in Brown today Oh, and just for Hugo Sanchez, muffin et al
Guest Mee-9 Posted 5 December 2009 Posted 5 December 2009 I AGREE WITH ME (PEARSON OUT) BTW.muffin Who the F*king, Who the F*king, Who the F*king Hell are you?! Bet this Muffin guys not been to a lcfc game all season, And when he does He moans. BOO BOY.
Corky Posted 5 December 2009 Posted 5 December 2009 Took our man a good few years before he started splashing a bit of cash about. Perhaps Milan's just biding his time.....I should think he needs to get a wiggle on though after today. The thing was, our most solid and dependable players this season went to pieces- Hobbs, Brown and Berner in particular. I hope that it was just a very bad day at the office, and we come back stronger in the future.
Guest Mee-9 Posted 5 December 2009 Posted 5 December 2009 Did anyone have a burger in the ground? I have to say, They were the trampiest burgers ever. WTF were all these seeds on it? Shitground, Shitfood, Shitgame.
Darkzzz_ Posted 5 December 2009 Posted 5 December 2009 Very annoyed with today, but these drinks seem to have numbed it somewhat. The Forest fans can say what they like, they do care about us and the passion they shown towards us today was evident. There isn't any escaping it, today we were raped, totally battered by a better team, I was impressed with Forest, pains me to say that but I'm honest enough to say what I witnessed today. I hope we have some revenge against them in the near future, this is very hard to take. *pours another drink*

Corky Posted 5 December 2009 Posted 5 December 2009 Fair point, although personally I was extremely disappointed in Brown today Oh, and just for Hugo Sanchez, muffin et al Yeah he was crap, but he wasn't alone, so it would be unfair to pin the blame on him.

This is possibly the aspect of the game I found hardest to deal with, and it led directly on to the most depressing bit: the people around me yelling abuse at Brown and Hobbs for being "fooking useless". Coupled with the lad I overheard at the station on the way to the game complaining that "Gallacher is completely shit and never done any good for us", and then the people tonight calling Pearson a racist manager and I truly despair of foxes fans today. Wayne Brown and Jack Hobbs probably stand out in the roll call of players responsible for us being (a) promoted last season and (b) in a playoff place now, and they deserve the right to have an off-day without getting abuse from ****** who probably put in their first awayer of the season today just so they could lord it over some Tree at work on Monday. I swear to God I saw people consulting the programme in order to know who to yell at. If you want to boo, go to a fooking panto. Of course I'm pissed off that we lost. And that the plan for the game seemed to evaporate after one attack. Many of the criticisms posted in this thread have a nugget of value. But the path to restoring our glory was never going to be a smooth curve, and it's not surprising we've taken a backward step. We'll pick ourselves up, NP and others will learn from it, and we'll be stronger as a result.
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 5 December 2009 Posted 5 December 2009 ^ Thanks for that, needed to read some sanity.
fatmando Posted 5 December 2009 Posted 5 December 2009 Did anyone have a burger in the ground?I have to say, They were the trampiest burgers ever. WTF were all these seeds on it? Shitground, Shitfood, Shitgame. This! The burgers were f**king rank! As was the footy!

I can see where you are coming from but to push on and stay in the play offs we need to change the defence, Brown is not good enough too slow and lumps the ball up the field, Nielson is poor as a wing back and gives the ball away too much, better to change things now rather than try to when were down to 16th in the league. Gallager should start up front with waghorn and n guessan should play on the wing, drop fryatt this may do him good and fight for his place anyway. Your right about city fans who boo they should go to the panto.
MC Prussian Posted 5 December 2009 Posted 5 December 2009 And that's down to Nigels mastery is it?. You lot need to lose the keep the faith mantra, Nigel is a duffer. you mark my words we will be 15th or16th after Boxing day.And you will still say bringing on Howard was a great move!. Laughable! Samuel and muffin are taking the biscuit today - alongside the poor effort from that other Forest fan trying to wind us up. Pearson a duffer? If he was - do you think we'd be back in the Championship and currently lying in fourth by now?
