Well to be honest you were trying to provoke an argument by calling moderators or high contributers twats.

No I wasn't, I was making the point that most of the Mods on here haven't got a clue.

Is the same old keep the faith, mongol, in Nige we trust shite.

He has made some inexplicable decisions of late but the mongols still harp on.(Only if they know the team are actually playing mind!)

How can you be calling for Nige's head, we're 4th in the table, we could be higher if results go our way. You come across as one of these people who still thinks that we are in the MON days, we're not! and to see where we are considering the shit from 2 years ago, you need to look in a new perspective and think about where we are at the moment.

Forest fan here. You don't need me to tell you we were on fire today but don't think for a second we play like that every week!! You were unlucky in many ways in that we were able to put out our strongest side for the first time all season and it just had happened to be against you guys. For the majority of the season we've been similar to how I think you have been playing, well organised, hard to beat and not scoring too many. Everyone is fit now though and hopefully we can push on now.

Obviously a bad day at the office for you guys but you're doing a lot better than we did in our first season back in this league so fair play! It was just one of those days when we had our best performance of the season and you had your worst!

For you guys, I thought Waghorn looked class. Don't know if you can sign him permanently but he looks like a premier league striker in the making.

Also, yes the ref was terrible.

Good luck for the rest of the season, I've a lot of friends who are Leicester fans so always enjoy a good rivalry.

Quality post sir.

You've built a good team there and we made you look like Barcelona yesterday.

The fact you can string a coherent sentence together shows you've more brain cells than cockmongs like Forest Rob et al combined.

I'm not a Moderator, nor am I a mongol but I trust NP to do the right thing, so where does that leave me in your circle of hatred?

I trust him to do the right thing. The problem is, he doesn't know what the right thing is.

And that will now come to the fore.

Getting the rub of the green is not what quality teams rely on. We have done that for the last 4 wins but he continued in the same vain, he couldn't see our faults.

Once we were so hideously exposed yesterday, his brain turned to mush, he was clueless as to how to stem the tide.

Ah look?. A fine example of this boards Hierachy, haven't even got a clue as to when the team are playing!

The horrible leftie desire to control people and things shines through.

Seriously, what is your issue? You criticise everything you possibly can about this forum - I think I've yet to see you make a positive (or even neutral) post relating to it, which begs the question... just why are you here?

Chill out.

Although, i have faith in Pearson it is becoming more concerning that he doesnt know what his best team is, especially in midfield.

But I trust him to turn it around.

After a nights sleep...and I'm still wondering how it all went tits-up....many many to blame for that woefully inadequate show, but we cant say its not been coming as we have been on the right end a few times this season when it should have gone the other way.

Its hard to grasp though, especially when nearly all of the side play so badly in one game, but let's hope NFP can get this out of their system for tuesday night

An absolutely disgraceful performance from the lads today.

Waghorn was the only player that looked like he gave a fook and he is the only player currently on loan at the club!

They were so much better than us in every single area of the pitch. They were physically stronger and much faster than us and we were never in the game.

I could moan all night about today but hopefully this will give us a massive kick up the arse.

agree entirely but thought in comparison with others that Dyer done quite well

I know your probabaly sick of hearing from Forest fans but wanted to give my view.

Firstly my five year old has been going for 2 years now and on the way out he said 'Dad that's the best I've ever seen them play' my reply was 'it's the best I've seen them play for about 4 years' that might give some indication that everything just clicked for us.

I said before the game to some mates that I thought our pace would cause your back four probs, that proved to be the case. I thought Pearson panicked at 2-0 which didn't help your lot at all, it appeared that he didn't have much confidence in the starting 11 that he had picked. I was very surprised at how your guys fell apart as I've seen them on TV a fair bit and that is one thing they never looked like doing.

As has been said we've spent loads of money and therefore should probabaly be futher ahead of you than we are, the reason we aren't is because City have potentially 'overperformed' this subsequently raises expextations amongst some and is difficult to control. It will be interesting to see how Pearson reacts as people will have seen that pace will cause you problems and he'll have to counter that somehow. I fancy you will finish top half and if you can spend a bit in Jan play-offs are definitely a possibility, same for us I think as can't see WBA and the Geordies messing it up.

Thought that the humour your fans showed was superb I particularly enjoyed 'you've never won league 1' that was funny.

Finally as my name hints I work in Leics and am looking forward to going in on a Monday morning for the first time in a while!

Cheers

That fucking well hurt.

I'm not even going to bother talking about the game, because there's no need. I just want to forget it!

You got to see me didnt you? What more do you want?!:giggle:

Agreed, especially as i was twice harassed by the police and given a a notice, and gazzer was arrested for nothing more then petulance!!

Fecking disgusting, I saw him leaving the ground and was tempted to go with him, glad I didnt else Id have ended up losing it and getting nicked too. Sorry to hear you both had trouble, the old bill in this country are no better than some bloody dictatorship most of the time.

Really, really don't know what happened earlier. Pearson got it hideously wrong again today. Small strikers against two powerhouse centre-halves? No wingers again? Robbie Neilson?

Forest were, as much as it pains me to say, fucking phenomenal today, but we were equally as diabolical. No fight, no passion, no desire. How the fuck we went out for a local derby and weren't fired up / didn't give a shit I'll never know. That is criminal and, as much as you can blame the players, that's also largely down to the manager.

I like Pearson, but if he does not learn anything at all from last week and especially today, then he's never going to advance his career and progress to the next level.

Our formation was wrong, our selection was wrong, we might as well just not have bothered turning up today.

I really, sincerely couldn't believe what I was watching.

The referee was an absolute disgrace as well, it had little bearing in the end but he was SO BIASED it was disgusting. And his decision not to award the first penalty - words fail me.

That loss today, and the performance to boot, hurt me. Big time. I'd put it on a par with my feelings after Stoke away 2 seasons back. Hideous. Absolutely fucking disgusted tonight, disgusted, depressed and drinking. Heavily.

Excellent post!

Strangely it is possible for the manager to be something other than 'brilliant' or 'crap'. Some are decent but not great, others average but not crap. Some, amazingly enough, are good at some aspects of the job but less good in others.

I know this concept requires rational thought to understand and I accept that this is difficult for many who simply cannot get their head around any concept more complicated than 'great' or 'crap', but in the real, grown up world, it does tend to happen.

My own view, expressed many times before, is that Pearson's strength is his ability to exert overall control over the playing side of the club. He has chopped out the deadwood, built a strong squad at minimal expense, developed a strong work ethic and prior to yesterday a team that does not easily give up. Add in the way he manages the media and his straight forward, if conservative, manner and you have a really excellent manager in the making.

Unfortunately his weakness is in the detail. His team selection and set up is inconsistent and there have been times when I would swear some players simply did not know where they were playing and what was expected of them, for a club looking to get back into the Premier League, that is not acceptable.

But bluntly, we need a good tactical coach to deal with the matchday details and to get the starting XI playing as a unit. I have no idea if there is someone at the club who can do this or even if Pearson would be prepared to give up that much control, but to me it is essential if we are to improve on where we are now.

Calculated it up:

Forest starting XI: £10.1million

Leicester starting XI: £2.45million

so yes it is expenisve compared to us!

So What ???

So we don't have the ambition of Forest ???

Nowt to fookin brag about is it.

There team looked 7.5 million better than us.

You should shut your big stupid mouth.

MM you should get your check book out and stop trying to pull "The Kings New Clothes Routine" on the supporters of this club.

Stop coming the crap that the club needs to "stand on its own feet".

We need money to be spent on the team (((NOW)).

Having said that you need to take a serious look at the manager and his tactics as he has been very very lucky so far, but in truth they have been woeful, Saturday just underline that fact.

Call yourself a leicester fan? LCFC fan's stick together through everything. Bet you wasn't at the Britannia Stadium when we got relegated into the 3rd tier of english football. You one of these fans that are anomous, until the team do well, and when they 'mess up' you slag them off rotten, and call for the sacking of the manager. Your a joke and it should be you being quiet.

It wasn't, Wellens played him on.

Oh, I just noticed, I wasn't sure whether Wellens just managed to play him offside.

I was just stating that they had spent a lot of money and that their squad is a lot more expensive than ours. I didn't ask for a comlaining fairweather fans view of the game, all of you comments are anti leicester even when we win so how about you just fook off!

Plus, it deflected of Brown.

Also, the penalty that we should have had was at least a metre inside the box. I was dead in line with the line. Pathetic decision.
