Just a few adjustments to that. But there's no escaping we've spent a fair bit of money.

I haven't seen your lot at all this year but had a feeling you might beat us today so I was really suprised by your performance. I have to say that was the best Forest performance for a good few years so maybe you can feel better about that?

The ref was very biased today to us. The first "penalty" was, the second wasn't.

That game also made me glad that Steve Howard rejected us about 4 years ago.... and Fryatt....

There hasn't been a team that bad at Forest so far. I genuinley woudn't swap Fryatt for Earnshaw, Blackstock or Tyson. You can have Adebola for him though?

You were unlucky in many ways in that we were able to put out our strongest side for the first time all season and it just had happened to be against you guys. For the majority of the season we've been similar to how I think you have been playing, well organised, hard to beat and not scoring too many. Everyone is fit now though and hopefully we can push on now.

Obviously a bad day at the office for you guys but you're doing a lot better than we did in our first season back in this league so fair play! It was just one of those days when we had our best performance of the season and you had your worst!

For you guys, I thought Waghorn looked class. Don't know if you can sign him permanently but he looks like a premier league striker in the making.

Also, yes the ref was terrible.

We're still fourth, so no-one's going to die just yet. We just got a twatting from a team on the up, that just happened to hit top form today for the first time in about 15 years.

We ballsed up tactically, but that's hardly the norm under Nige. We also know he's not going to accept that sort of performance, so we get back on the horse on Tuesday night and get three points.

A few years ago, a massively average Palace side were bottom three at Crimbo, but ended up getting promoted despite losing 16 - count them, 16 games. If we're top six on 1 January, on the back of promotion from League 1, we're doing bloody well all things considered.

Nige can do what he likes as far as I'm concerned - I'd like to think he's proved himself by now, and we can all just let him get on with it...

Really, really don't know what happened earlier. Pearson got it hideously wrong again today. Small strikers against two powerhouse centre-halves? No wingers again? Robbie Neilson?

Forest were, as much as it pains me to say, fucking phenomenal today, but we were equally as diabolical. No fight, no passion, no desire. How the fuck we went out for a local derby and weren't fired up / didn't give a shit I'll never know. That is criminal and, as much as you can blame the players, that's also largely down to the manager.

I like Pearson, but if he does not learn anything at all from last week and especially today, then he's never going to advance his career and progress to the next level.

Our formation was wrong, our selection was wrong, we might as well just not have bothered turning up today.

The referee was an absolute disgrace as well, it had little bearing in the end but he was SO BIASED it was disgusting. And his decision not to award the first penalty - words fail me.
