saw this on another forum

According to talksport he has, announcement due tomorrow apparently.

doubt NP would leave but he'll still get linked to the vacancy, if its true

He won't leave. There's no logic in him leaving and we're much better placed than Wednesday are.

I called this a while back that'd he'd go and they'd get a new man in for our match.

Watched them 3 times this season, beat cardiff at home, got destroyed at Derby and robbed at home to Preston. Hardly a shock judging by how my mate described their last 6 games.

Hope they go down now. Joke club.

That is a joke.

I hope they don't go down, (not that looks likely anyway) Wednesday are a great club.

I reckon they might get Steve Coppell or Ferguson.

Mark Robins is the strong rumour.

Couple of mates of mine who are Wednesday fans are suggesting Darren Ferguson.

Not a chance in hell. Has only just joined Barnsley and is working wonders there.

That sounds more realistic. Personally think that he would be a good appointment for the owls.

Darren Ferguson is worth sticking a few quid on at the bookies. I reckon it gonna be him.

George Burley's available aswell, I still rate him quite highly as a manager even though he not had a good time of it lately!

They're a massive club and it's a top job for whoever gets it.

Feel sorry for Brian Laws, hope he gets another job soon. Got alot of love for Laws, he was a great player.

I wouldn't be so sure. He only signed a 12 month rolling deal at Barnsley and he has a clause in his contract allowing him to speak to bigger clubs. Some are saying it's already done and dusted. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

It's not going to be Burley! I think a certain striker of ours would object to him joining.

Wednesday had a lucky run last season and that's put expecatation too high. Now Marcus Tudgay has returned to being the player we all know he is (very average) the whole of the team has come down. A bit like us with Fryatt in the first few months of this season; started shit-hot but he's gone off the boil and the rest of the team looks a lot worse for it.

Oh right I wasn't aware of that when I posted it.

Still would be very dis-loyal and a kick in the balls for the Barnsley fans if he does make the move and that's not even considering he would be moving to their rivals.

Yeah but would Tudguay's Missus be happy to rekindle that fire?

I've just had a look on the Sheffield Wednesday home page. There's no mention that he has left yet. All I can gather it was just a rumour started by talksport and he will be in charge for tomorrows game. :dunno:

@ Tarton Owl, are you sure it's not just a Leeds/Donny/Sheff Utd fan messing with you :D
