Karljohn Posted 13 December 2009 Posted 13 December 2009 Morrissey at Newport Pagnell services (for the smiths fans amongst us, he didnt leave his bag behind!), it was on a friday night about 10 years ago. He had a kangol beret on covering the trademark quiff, nice bloke, bought him some crisps and a can of lilt, he replied with a signed national lottery slip, then said thanks before running off to a black volvo heading north presumably towards his mum in Altrincham! Also met Birch last week who kindly did a little speech in the memorial garden when we scattered my brother in law's ashes, top bloke. And ive had a few beers with Jersey Budd..
