lildave3 Posted 11 January 2010 Posted 11 January 2010 You would if you went to some matches He's a STH
Webbo Posted 11 January 2010 Posted 11 January 2010 I can't remember either. The first match I went to was 0-0. I can't remeber the second match.
StanSP Posted 11 January 2010 Posted 11 January 2010 He's a STH Was kinda joking But I didn't know that, although I know he probably goes to more games than me anyway
Jimothy Posted 11 January 2010 Posted 11 January 2010 Mine was Robert Fleck for Norwich at Filbert Street in 1995. Leicester where 2-0 down and came back to win 3-2. Heskey got the winner after latching on to a bad Rob Ullathorne back pass. Mike Whitlow scored an absolute screamer of a free kick in that game, and that was my first live City goal. If I'm right, that was the game after Martin O'Neill left Norwich, and shortly after that game he joined us.
jonthefox Posted 11 January 2010 Posted 11 January 2010 v liverpool 1974. i think, or though im not certain, keegan got the goal.
JimmyK Posted 11 January 2010 Posted 11 January 2010 27th November 1993 v Wolves at Filbert Street. Iwan Roberts scored both goals in a 2-2 draw. Could this be it? Hmm, possibly, I thought it was a 1-0 win I saw, but it is a very vague memory. At any rate, even if I'm thinking of a different 1-0, I was almost certainly at Filbert Street against Wolves around that time, so it's just as valid
AmericanScott Posted 11 January 2010 Posted 11 January 2010 Boxing Day 2004. Whoever the goalscorer for Rotherham was.
StanSP Posted 11 January 2010 Posted 11 January 2010 Boxing Day 2004.Whoever the goalscorer for Rotherham was. For some reason I felt like I should find out: http://www.lcfc.com/page/MatchReport/0,,10274~27203,00.html Shaun Barker 37th minute.

Trav Le Bleu Posted 13 January 2010 Posted 13 January 2010 Ian Wilson against Arsenal in 1980, won us the match. Think it was 1980 - anyone who would like to correct me feel free.
potter3 Posted 13 January 2010 Posted 13 January 2010 Wim Jonk for Sheffield Wednesday, during a 2-0 home defeat to them during the 98/99 season. Not the best start for me
ACF Posted 14 January 2010 Posted 14 January 2010 Crewe Away in 2005. The Crewe bloke who scored in the first minute. I also saw Danny Tiatto's daisy-cutter freekick goal. Wow that was a shit goal.
CosbehFox Posted 14 January 2010 Posted 14 January 2010 From memory (although I went City before...can remember zero of it), Steve Thompson sticking away a peno at home to Peterborough.

Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 14 January 2010 Posted 14 January 2010 From memory (although I went City before...can remember zero of it), Steve Thompson sticking away a peno at home to Peterborough. Sounds like first game of the season 1993/94. We won that 2-1.
Bellend Sebastian Posted 14 January 2010 Posted 14 January 2010 Kevin Russell, City 1 Tranmere 0, April 1992. I was seventeen when I saw my first live football match. Blame my Dad
CosbehFox Posted 15 January 2010 Posted 15 January 2010 Sounds like first game of the season 1993/94. We won that 2-1. That's the one. I went City-Pompey before that but memories are zero of it. In fact, I was probably more interested in a couple of crows sitting on the East Stand than the match.
