ozleicester Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 Can DJ play for Cardiff at Wembley if we beat them tomorrow night?
josh_baskin Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 Can DJ play for Cardiff at Wembley if we beat them tomorrow night? DJ said himself in the interview after the forest game that if city make the final he obvoiusly can't play. By the way he was speaking it was his last gmae for the club too.
Finnegan Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 As I've said since day dot... Feed the Deej and he will score 2007– Leicester City 38 (4)
MikeyT Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 He can play 20mins for Blackpool and 70mins for us ,when we reach the final.its in the contract. How do you know that though?
Babylon Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 Surprised all the DJ lovers aren't saying we should have kept Holloway. Some times things don't work out, get over it and move on.
Podge Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 I think it's obvious that the boy can play after that performance last night, what were we thinking?
Monk Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 Of course he can't play - I thought the FA had this rule in place to ensure fairness. Potentially we could pay DJ to score an own goal no? It would be stupid otherwise!
Bettsj2 Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 Having just seen DJ take Blackpool through to the play off final I can't help despairing that Pearson couldn't sort out his differences with the player. If we don't beat Cardiff tomorrow this will come back as a major slap in the face for letting him go out on loan and for not getting the best out of him as Ollie has done. Opinions please It's nothing to do with Pearson. For some reason, DJ just isnt interested in doing the business for Leicester. Dont forget, DJ played for Ollie at Leicester and did fook all.
Ric Flair Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 I will slap any Leicester fan who I hear moan about DJ Campbell tonight.
Babylon Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 Can we recall Ian Holloway? I love how he now moans about being called a joker... he has spent the last 10 years attempting to be the village idiot, suddenly he demands respect.
Unit Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 I will slap any Leicester fan who I hear moan about DJ Campbell tonight. Keep up the good work.
sw_fox Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 This is nothing but a good thing- IF Blackpool do get promoted we can slap at least a million transfer fee on him, instead of getting rid on a free transfer. BOOM, thats a million in the bag out of nowhere to spend on new players next season!

BOOM, thats a million in the bag out of nowhere to spend on new players next season! Ha! that 1 million will go straight in MM's pocket. Anyway, assuming Blackpool go up, so will Campbells ludicrous wage demands and they might tell him to piss off. Then we can loan him to Leeds cos I dont think we've helped them enough already.
Edmund Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 2007– Leicester City 38 (4) EDIT : Can't be arsed. Feed the Deej and he will score
Fox 4 Life Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 "If we get them (Leicester) he can't play in the final. They put a very clever little clause in the deal to prevent that from happening," Holloway said. "I don't think he deserves to miss out on the final if that's the case, but that's the way it will be."

Daggers Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 I love how he now moans about being called a joker... he has spent the last 10 years attempting to be the village idiot, suddenly he demands respect. The bit where he had a felt traffic-cone placed on his head and he started to act a goat and suddenly remembered his new sensible manager image he wants to portray. Bless him. I still have time for the man; I'm one of the few who didn't want him sacked and see this as a bit of vindication of one of the rare occasions where I've actually been right If we don't triumph over Cardiff, Blackpool are the team I'd most like to see go up.
