dave_the_fox Posted 28 July 2010 Posted 28 July 2010 I would love to see George Boyd from Peterbourgh. Goal scoring midfield player was also club captain. Heavily linked with Forest. He's Quality. Im pretty sure he has just signed a new contract? Obviously didnt like his time at Forest last year - can you blame him!?
Lillehamring Posted 28 July 2010 Posted 28 July 2010 I've been given the heads up on a norwegian player (thanks norfox74) , a central defender called Tore Reginiussen - a 24 year old currently with Schalke 04, apparently thry're looking to loan him out for a season. by all accounts, he's a decent player that could do a job for us, has been known to score the old goal, and has played a few internationals...
goal-mangal Posted 28 July 2010 Posted 28 July 2010 If Schalke loan him, they have only 3 decent central defenders, Höwedes, Metzelder and Papadopoulos. But Reginiussen could do a decent job for City. - Goal -
gh09lcfc Posted 28 July 2010 Posted 28 July 2010 Need some midfielders a defensive and attacking one... Faye, Diao, Russell, Butt all available. Attacking midfielders maybe someone on loan - Emmanuel-Thomas, Lansbury, Cleverley, M.Davies, Taarabt, Ward Just want Paulo to hurry up

Not saying all free agents aren't good enough, It's just the names mentioned are obviously past there best.
Wdywd Posted 29 July 2010 Posted 29 July 2010 According to you we need 4 players, none of us know what Sousa is looking for and in what position. Well that goes without saying. Right back, centre mid, winger, striker. I don't think I'm being unreasonable to suggest that those are the 4 players we need? I would hope the manager has noticed this.
ronnup Posted 29 July 2010 Posted 29 July 2010 Tottenham's teenage midfielder John Bostock believes his progress is being damaged by foreign players in the English game. The 18-year-old, who was on loan at Brentford last season, wants another loan move as he has only made three substitute appearances for Spurs in two years. (Various) Surely worth a loan, wages wouldn't be ridiculous, fast talented and versatile

Wdywd Posted 29 July 2010 Posted 29 July 2010 Pretty much nailed it there. High priority on right back though. Yep, the others are more to give us options in those positions. I haven't seen Adams at RB yet, so anyone who's been to some friendlies will be in a better position to judge him, but even if he's decent we can't go into the season with him & Neilson as the only 2 in the squad.

He has an attitude problem as well, apparently. You never know though.

NewNuneatonfox Posted 5 August 2010 Posted 5 August 2010 I've had my eye to players for Leicester who I think will be perfect Leicester, firstly one of Sousa old boys from Swansea Nathan Dyer quick, fast, loves attacking. Also Dave Kitson never warmed to Stoke with the premiership was a legend in the championship Imagine Kitson upfront with Fryatt.
