MikeyT Posted 15 September 2010 Posted 15 September 2010 Arsenal are playing some gorgeous football. Arshavin is sloppy though. Given the ball away numerous times but took his chance well. Wilshere is brilliant tonight. Nice little pass to Vela for his goal though.
StanSP Posted 15 September 2010 Posted 15 September 2010 Nice little pass to Vela for his goal though. First half he was, honest!
Corky Posted 15 September 2010 Posted 15 September 2010 I'm no fan of Arsenal, but they scored some tremendous goals tonight.
dandannieldanok Posted 15 September 2010 Posted 15 September 2010 Arsenal were sublime. It's a crying shame Fabregas is Spanish, the world of international football misses him. Thought Wilshere was quality too, a really mature performance.
Jimothy Posted 15 September 2010 Posted 15 September 2010 Cracking strike by Thomas Müller against Roma.

lcfc_jme Posted 16 September 2010 Posted 16 September 2010 Thomas Muller is an absolute animal, what a heroic finish! The Emirates, considering they were 6-0 up last night, is still an absolute morgue. Aside from a couple of songs about Spurs and cheering a few passes, the atmosphere seemed pitiful to me. Though the football was bordering on sublime again, so, so good to watch. And at the other end of the scale, the Copenhagen end behind the goal last night after the winner looked like carnage. Brilliant scenes behind that goal.
Dickie Greenleaf Posted 16 September 2010 Posted 16 September 2010 Wrong mate. Atmoshphere was decent. Still the same old problem of muppets leaving early, but there was some decent singing
lcfc_jme Posted 16 September 2010 Posted 16 September 2010 Wrong mate. Atmoshphere was decent. Still the same old problem of muppets leaving early, but there was some decent singing Must've been my dodgy tv then 'cos I could've sworn that the songs not about Spurs seemed stifled and like they weren't taking off properly? It could've been decent, I don't know, I guess I just expect a carnival-type atmosphere from a stadium that size at 6-0 up! Could quite happily watch Arsenal with no sound anyway, they're an unbelievable passing side when they get going.

I saw this and was going to comment on it but I thought no-one else would have seen it. Seen their ultras a few times this season - they have half that stand and look fvcking awesome (especially as they appear to be next to the family enclosure As for Muller, I reckon that was marginally better than his Bundesliga opening goal against Wolfsburg. Definitely one of my top 5 players.
lildave3 Posted 16 September 2010 Posted 16 September 2010 That is outstanding Thomas. As much as I dislike them, Arsenal produced a stunning result last night. Braga aren't even that bad...
Dickie Greenleaf Posted 29 September 2010 Posted 29 September 2010 Barcelona want their kit back http://rutube.ru/tracks/3626399.html?v=45ceb2b5bbd1a545782a0c9ea7aaf1b5&autoStart=true&bmstart=0 Wilshere looking better and better each game
ScouseFox Posted 29 September 2010 Posted 29 September 2010 Rubin Kazan 1 - 0 Barcelona, latest score, in the second half there.
lildave3 Posted 29 September 2010 Posted 29 September 2010 Why do Barca always have such shit away kits.
StanSP Posted 29 September 2010 Posted 29 September 2010 Barcelona become stuck against Rubin Kazan again. This time they got a point out of it though. Finishes 1-1. Need Lyon, Schalke, Rangers and Inter Milan to win tonight . All the other results I couldn't give a toss about!
dandannieldanok Posted 29 September 2010 Posted 29 September 2010 Hoping Valencia live up to the hype.
Mee Posted 29 September 2010 Posted 29 September 2010 Man Utd 3 - 1 Valencia, i think. They have an odd-looking stadium, i must say.
