StanSP Posted 29 September 2010 Posted 29 September 2010 Man Utd 3 - 1 Valencia, i think. They have an odd-looking stadium, i must say. I like their stadium. Think it will be a draw. 1-1 or 2-2.
Ford Super Sunday Posted 29 September 2010 Posted 29 September 2010 That has to be one of the most tedious, boring and forgettable first halves I have ever had the misfortune to watch in my life.
rico Posted 29 September 2010 Posted 29 September 2010 went vwith Spurs game, some quite controversial decisions being given by the ref
Corky Posted 29 September 2010 Posted 29 September 2010 Good win for Spurs, the camera angle is crap though.
dandannieldanok Posted 29 September 2010 Posted 29 September 2010 God that was boring, two poor teams with two negative managers, 0-0 was the only fair result.
StanSP Posted 29 September 2010 Posted 29 September 2010 God that was boring, two poor teams with two negative managers, 0-0 was the only fair result. Valencia weren't that negative. The sub to bring on another striker for Valenica showed that they actually wanted to go for it. Time and time again they put crosses in with no end product. They weren't that defensive in my eyes.
Unit Posted 29 September 2010 Posted 29 September 2010 God that was boring, two poor teams with two negative managers, 0-0 was the only fair result. Agree completely! Man utd can be boring enough to watch, but tonight was just plain dull. Imagine if our last two games had been champions league... I know we'd have 0 points but we'd be world famous...
Tilley Posted 19 October 2010 Posted 19 October 2010 Two good goals from Chelsea, looking comfortable in Moscow.
Guest Bilo Posted 19 October 2010 Posted 19 October 2010 If an English team is going to win the CL this year, it's going to be Chelsea. Not sure what to make of that, Chelsea winning the big one at Wembley fills me with dread.
MC Prussian Posted 19 October 2010 Author Posted 19 October 2010 Looking forward to the Roma - Basle matchup. They've beat the AS before, so why not again? I'd also love to see them shutting down Twotti.
ScouseFox Posted 19 October 2010 Posted 19 October 2010 Madrid 2 up after 3 minutes against Milan. Ronaldo & Ozil scoring.
MC Prussian Posted 19 October 2010 Author Posted 19 October 2010 And Basle up 2-1 against Roma away after the first half. Splendid.
ScouseFox Posted 19 October 2010 Posted 19 October 2010 Arsenal 2 up at HT aswell. Nasri & Song the scorers.
shen Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Well done!!! Indeed, stunning result and just reward for what could and maybe should've been something from the Bayern game. FC Copenhagen at Camp Nou tomorrow then! Needless to say they're making a big deal out of it here and expectations are unrealistically high. Then again, they're in such great form that you can't rule out that they could snatch a point against Barca.
Dickie Greenleaf Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 I'm of the opinion that Wilshere can do no wrong in the eyes of too many people. He's done ok this season but not been worthy of a) the hype or b) the England cap and worst of all, he's a nasty little ****er (see exhibit a: the whole of Liverpool v Arsenal and exhibit b: today). You might even say that he's "that type of player".
StanSP Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Looking forward to a potential thrashing of Spurs at San Siro tonight. As long as there's plenty of goals, I'll be happy.
mancunianfox Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Real Madrid v Chelsea final at Wembley please.
Tilley Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Inter vs Spurs will be a Rafa Benitez bore fest with Spurs happy to come away with a draw, 0-0 written all over it. As for Arsenal, Chamakh has been a fantastic free transfer. I think Andy Gray was right, Wilshere's push is coinciding with the inevitable departure of Cesc but he's blossoming so far. Can't wait to see Ramsey back.
Tilley Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Loved Eduardo's reception and at 5-0, who would begrudge him a goal? Never be classed as an Arsenal great but he was decent enough, just unlucky with that injury.
