The Doctor Posted 7 August 2010 Posted 7 August 2010 Damn it. Should have sold campbell - never done it for us and that isn't ever going to change. Really should have gone for wellens ahead of oakley. Sort of wish the new season started next week instead.
dandannieldanok Posted 7 August 2010 Posted 7 August 2010 Matt Oakley's been plotting this result all summer, the Derby bastard.
Foxhateram Posted 7 August 2010 Posted 7 August 2010 As I said Fryatt is lacking sharpness..... Jesus Christ just shut the frick up! go and support Chelsea if you want to watch players who finish 9/10 chances! This is so frustrating we started well. Heads seem to be down and there is no leader on the pitch to pick them up. something we also had problems with last season. Come on though their are some positives in this first half, we have played some attacking football and made quite a few chances early on. If we had finished them it would be 3-3. Heads up lads! come on!
Babylon Posted 7 August 2010 Posted 7 August 2010 Maybe Sousa wants to do a Lambert and lose the first game of the season by a large margin. The way this game is going, we might actually be able to beat Norwich's 7-1 loss to Colchester last season. Lambert was the Colchester manager in that game was he not!!!
Yojoe36 Posted 7 August 2010 Posted 7 August 2010 PLACE YOUR BETS: How long till Paulo Sousa gets sacked?
Mort Posted 7 August 2010 Posted 7 August 2010 Maybe Sousa wants to do a Lambert and lose the first game of the season by a large margin.. Lambert wasn't the Norwich manager then though, Gunn was and then he went and got sacked after the 7-1 tonking.
Dylan Posted 7 August 2010 Posted 7 August 2010 Already conceded 1/15th of the goals we did for the whole of last season in the league... And thats after 1/92 of the league season!
LoughboroughFox Posted 7 August 2010 Posted 7 August 2010 Well, so much for Paulo Sousa`s tight one nils!!!
Madrid_Fox Posted 7 August 2010 Posted 7 August 2010 How long until Gallagher is back? We need some invention, we need to hold the ball up better, we need someone who can sit infront of defence and clear up loose balls. Lloyd Dyer is having a good one though However this reminds me of Bolton 2001
MikeyT Posted 7 August 2010 Posted 7 August 2010 Crap game. But Dyer is the only one trying by the sounds of it. Half Time Leicester 0-3 Palace.
foxoffderby Posted 7 August 2010 Posted 7 August 2010 Matt Oakley's been plotting this result all summer, the Derby bastard. sheepshagging twat
Legend_in_blue Posted 7 August 2010 Posted 7 August 2010 Morrison at CB. Unpopular opinion this might be, but I don't think he's up to it. RB yes, but CB no chance. I
MikeyT Posted 7 August 2010 Posted 7 August 2010 Dyer missed again Least he's having a go...about the only one of our players that is!
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 7 August 2010 Posted 7 August 2010 Interesting to hear Sousa on the forum on Monday!
Northants Fox 3 Posted 7 August 2010 Posted 7 August 2010 Just fat. He's not fat he's just big boned.
MC Prussian Posted 7 August 2010 Posted 7 August 2010 Ball possession in the first half: Crystal Palace 62% Leicester City 38% Shocking. No composure, no drive forward. Oakley sounds to be as useless as ice cream in winter. Morrison and Hobbs out of sync, too. EDIT: Good shot before the break, though. How do you fix this? Crystal Palace, close to being relegated last season, are much more convincing than last year's 5th placed team.
AoWW Posted 7 August 2010 Posted 7 August 2010 Ooh, there's gonna be some grumpy people on here later.
haraven Posted 7 August 2010 Posted 7 August 2010 I just got a Dave Bassett / Peter Taylor moment here...
