DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 18 October 2010 Posted 18 October 2010 I would like to thank all of you who sent me their good wishes. It is very much appreciated. Obviously this is a bad time for myself and those around me, and so my posts will be very limited, for some time, which will I am sure will bring sighs of relief to many of you. Don't blame you, I only post them, so I don't have to read them. Anyway, this old Tiger goes for his op. next week, but is determined to bounce back, and bite a few bums, before too long Bless you all, D.T.
Bellend Sebastian Posted 18 October 2010 Posted 18 October 2010 It must have been awful getting that news, DT. I know plenty of people that have beaten cancer and although I don't know you beyond our (sometimes) nonsensical exchanges on here, I hope you get added to that list

cambridgefox Posted 18 October 2010 Posted 18 October 2010 I have posted a message of thoughts and good wishes on a previous post,but am more than happy to do it again,Having had a friends daughter beat cancer,i cannot say for one minute i know what you are going through,but understand the support,that not only you but your family and friends need.Not wanting to be pushy to anyone,but if you can afford a little each month to cancer research,i urge you to do so.Every little helps and because of funding, in the last 30 years there has been a great breakthrough in this disease.I hope my post does not upset you,your family or any other posters,it is the last thing i would want to do in this difficult time.Good luck,be strong i know i dont know you,but you seem the type of person who can put 100% into making a recovery.Look forward to you being cutting and rude for many years.
