milan_foxes Posted 1 December 2010 Posted 1 December 2010 Just a quick question. Will I get a Cup ticket free with my Season-Ticket, or will I have to pay extra for one?
The Doctor Posted 1 December 2010 Posted 1 December 2010 Just a quick question. Will I get a Cup ticket free with my Season-Ticket, or will I have to pay extra for one? pay extra - cup and play-off games aren't included in the ST.
iBleedLeicesterColours Posted 1 December 2010 Posted 1 December 2010 Just a quick question. Will I get a Cup ticket free with my Season-Ticket, or will I have to pay extra for one? I already knew this, but the paying for playoffs is a joke. Greed, ripping off your supporters imo.
Dylan Posted 1 December 2010 Posted 1 December 2010 When will ticket prices/info be released? Hope their not too expensive. Need to try get a decent crown in 28k+ if possible, and get behind the boys to win this match. Think £15 Adult Non STH, £10 Adult STH, £5 under 18, £3 under 12s, £1 under 8s, would be fair.
Ashley Posted 1 December 2010 Posted 1 December 2010 Dylan, I like your thinking but the prices will be higher than this, the club will realise all the one dayers will want to come because its Manchester City, expect prices to be a lot higher. Adult Season Tickets - £25+ OAP/Under 22 - £20 Under 18 - £15 Under 12 - £10 Under 8 - £3-5 Non Season ticket holders will be a extra £5, bar the U8's I should imagine.
ajthefox Posted 1 December 2010 Posted 1 December 2010 doubt tickets will be that cheap to be honest Dylan, I see them being more like standard home game prices
Dylan Posted 1 December 2010 Posted 1 December 2010 Yeah thought so, but with them prices can't see us getting a decent crowd. Personally, I'd rather have a full house, make the Walkers like a fortress, and make it difficult for Man City. Think it would be unfair for u18 to be more than a tenner.
m00nie Posted 1 December 2010 Posted 1 December 2010 heard today were playing on the sunday because of tigers and so may get the match televised also.
ousefox Posted 1 December 2010 Posted 1 December 2010 I already knew this, but the paying for playoffs is a joke. Greed, ripping off your supporters imo. That is why we got more for the last game of the season vs Boro' which was unimportant than the playoff game vs Cardiff if i remember correctly. Now that is a joke.
Dan Posted 2 December 2010 Posted 2 December 2010 I like Dylans thinking. I also like Ashleys thinking - realism, I'm afraid. Then again, these new owners have done a deal for Doncaster (and Swansea I'm hearing?) already, maybe they think more like Dylan? I think personally £20 adults, £10 U18's. That would sell out I reckon, and it's a decent moneyspinner.
lcfc"weasel" Posted 2 December 2010 Posted 2 December 2010 I think it'll be platinum prices for non STH with a £5 discount if you are a STH.
Simmo86 Posted 2 December 2010 Posted 2 December 2010 Remember Man City get a say how much the ticket prices will be, so that will have a bearing on the price. Im not to fussed at paying £25 max to see it, we pay around that for the majority of our away games.
ajthefox Posted 2 December 2010 Posted 2 December 2010 I think it'll be platinum prices for non STH with a £5 discount if you are a STH. This There will be a decent turnout for the game whether it's expensive or not even if it does get televised, they don't need to lower the prices to get a decent gate so they probably won't.
dannythefox Posted 2 December 2010 Posted 2 December 2010 If tickets are £25-28 it will still be the biggest crowd will get there all season! £15 what planet are some people on??
Asha Posted 2 December 2010 Posted 2 December 2010 If tickets are £25-28 it will still be the biggest crowd will get there all season! £15 what planet are some people on?? I disagree. When Spurs came a few years ago only something like 19k turned up. And yes, that was on TV. But so might this be.
davieG Posted 2 December 2010 Posted 2 December 2010 If tickets are £25-28 it will still be the biggest crowd will get there all season! £15 what planet are some people on?? If it's anything approaching those prices that's where I'll be on another planet well at least I wont be at the match. I simple refuse to pay that much.
Dr The Singh Posted 2 December 2010 Posted 2 December 2010 If it's anything approaching those prices that's where I'll be on another planet well at least I wont be at the match. I simple refuse to pay that much. If it's on TV, then for defo I will not go with high prices!!
dannythefox Posted 2 December 2010 Posted 2 December 2010 If it's anything approaching those prices that's where I'll be on another planet well at least I wont be at the match. I simple refuse to pay that much. Well am not a season ticket holder but i still go to loads of games when at home i try an sit in JB1 which is £35 for boxing day so £25-28 wouldnt be bad for me.
dannythefox Posted 2 December 2010 Posted 2 December 2010 I disagree. When Spurs came a few years ago only something like 19k turned up. And yes, that was on TV. But so might this be. If its £15 al be amazed will just have to wait an see
Karljohn Posted 2 December 2010 Posted 2 December 2010 It will be the usual statement on the OS "we've agreed to disagree with our opponents etc" and its been set at £25. The walk up/footfall this season has been very poor and Man City will put 2nd string out, I don't see the crowd being any higher than 22-23k and that's with about 3000-4000 from Man City. Myself and the other 3 ST holders that go with me have agreed £20 is our limit for a ticket.
kimmy619 Posted 2 December 2010 Posted 2 December 2010 Will season ticket holders get priority booking? I don't think that it's going to be cheap.
Ford Super Sunday Posted 3 December 2010 Posted 3 December 2010 Well Man City charged their fans just £5 for Wednesday's game against Salzburg, and had 90% of the stadium unreserved seating. I don't think they'll be much of a problem with the ticket prices, us, however, we'll see.
