ScouseFox Posted 30 December 2010 Posted 30 December 2010 Weale Naughton Hobbs Davies Cunningham Wellens Abe King Dyer Vassell Moussa Run at them and scare them to fvck with pace.
Guest BlueBrett Posted 30 December 2010 Posted 30 December 2010 Fryatt agrees 3 year contract at Hull Now watch him fire them into the play-off a la DJ
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 30 December 2010 Posted 30 December 2010 At least Fryatt wont be playing against us, thats the best part of the news, otherwise we all know he would go and score. And if Davies cant play due to injury and Morrison is oof somehwere like people have said he is, the only option surely is Moreno at the back?
sphericalfox Posted 30 December 2010 Posted 30 December 2010 At least Fryatt wont be playing against us, thats the best part of the news, otherwise we all know he would go and score. And if Davies cant play due to injury and Morrison is oof somehwere like people have said he is, the only option surely is Moreno at the back? Ah, the forgotten Moreno. I think there'll be no choice. Let's hope he's kept his fitness up somewhat in training.
davieG Posted 30 December 2010 Posted 30 December 2010 Reminds me of when Holloway became manager and said the current team was shit and was waiting for the transfer window to open, hence no commitment from the players and every fan had wildly differing views on what the team should be and the best formation.
scatdoctor Posted 30 December 2010 Posted 30 December 2010 Gk - weale Rb - naughton Cb - Hobbs Cb - vitor/Davies/Morrison Lb - berner Rm - dyer Cm - king© Cm - wellens Lm - Cunningham (worth a pop) St - waghorn St - vassell. Feel like we need a change. Think we should be bringing moussa on at some point to run against a tired defense.
ithuriel Posted 30 December 2010 Posted 30 December 2010 Except Svens not said the team is shite but that it needs strengthening, which is quite obvious since despite the number of chances created this season we score to few up front and let in goals far to easily, though not as easily as earlier in the season.
J.Lisemore Posted 30 December 2010 Posted 30 December 2010 Don't matter what team we put out, we'll lose anyway!
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 30 December 2010 Posted 30 December 2010 Ah, the forgotten Moreno. I think there'll be no choice. Let's hope he's kept his fitness up somewhat in training. I'm not sure if he was on the bench on Tuesdsay, but he trained before the game and took part in the warm up, so guessing he is fully fit.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 30 December 2010 Posted 30 December 2010 WEALE NAUGHTON HOBBS Anyone who is fit and wants to play for City still CUNNINGHAM ABE WELLENS KING DYER WAGHORN VASSELL Subs LOGAN MOUSSA HOWARD BENDER SCHLUPP OAKLEY Darth Vader
davieG Posted 30 December 2010 Posted 30 December 2010 Except Svens not said the team is shite but that it needs strengthening, which is quite obvious since despite the number of chances created this season we score to few up front and let in goals far to easily, though not as easily as earlier in the season. Well Holloway didn't say 'shite' either but both have said in effect the current squad is not good enough, whatever words they may have used and whether true or no it undermines the current squad. Every squad in the world could be strengthened so there's no need to publicly state it as it's likely to have a demoralising effect and gets the fans wanting players out even ones the manager has no intention of losing.
MikeyT Posted 30 December 2010 Posted 30 December 2010 5-3-2 formation? Just a thought. Ya never know. Thought i'd go for something different. Weale Naughton (RWB) Davies Morrison Hobbs Dyer (LWB) Abe Wellens King Vassell Waghorn Subs: Logan, Howard, Moussa, Gallagher, Berner, Oakley, Bedner ()
brockmyster Posted 30 December 2010 Posted 30 December 2010 Dont see a place for gallagher on saturday as hull will as mentioned before rough it up. Also i feel like dyer could be a liability as pearson will make sure the defenders force him onto his right foot. A big man may be a way to go as howard would get stuck in and giveback what he will recieve, but then again we look dangerous when we have pace and are running at defences, so who knows??
Bettsj2 Posted 30 December 2010 Posted 30 December 2010 Weale Naughton Hobbs Moreno Cunningham Abe King Wellens Vassell Waghorn Dyer
acooling08 Posted 30 December 2010 Posted 30 December 2010 4-4-2 Pleeeeeeeaaaaaaaassssssse. Weale Naughton Hobbs Davies/Morrison/Vitor/Tunchev/Moreno Berner Dyer King Wellens Gallagher Waghorn Vassell (If resorting to long ball then Howard for either MW or DV)
TheUltimateWinner Posted 30 December 2010 Posted 30 December 2010 4-4-2 Pleeeeeeeaaaaaaaassssssse. Weale Naughton Hobbs Davies/Morrison/Vitor/Tunchev/Moreno Berner Dyer King Wellens Gallagher Waghorn Vassell (If resorting to long ball then Howard for either MW or DV) What if moreno's injured? :L
Dylan Posted 30 December 2010 Posted 30 December 2010 Weale Naughton - Hobbs - Davies* - CunninghamMoussa - Abe - Wellens - DyerKingWaghorn *If fit. If not, Morrison. Subs: Logan, Morrison/Berner, Vassell, Oakley, Gallagher, Howard, Schlupp. Need a newer shape away from home. I think a 4-4-1-1 could work, with Waghorn up alone, and King CAM supporting- playing on the break.
ibbosuk Posted 30 December 2010 Posted 30 December 2010 Leicester not so busy in January transfer window say's sven ""January is a difficult period to conduct transfers and I do not expect a complete revolution. We are still aiming for the play-offs and I think we can make some improvements in the coming month or so without being too busy." " SGE 30th DEC
Wymsey Posted 30 December 2010 Posted 30 December 2010 Sort out the defence with two quality centre backs and sign a striker that knows how to score is just what we need as our Midfield i am quite happy with and i really hope Weale is not sold as that will be total bullocks if he does.
