ScouseFox Posted 18 January 2011 Posted 18 January 2011 Oakley for Wellens Can only think there's been a knock, hope not though.
Babylon Posted 18 January 2011 Posted 18 January 2011 Really cannot be doing with ESPN's bias commentators and presenters. It's really pathetic, reminds me of all the bullshit talked by commentators about Newcastle in the championship last year.
marbelladave Posted 18 January 2011 Posted 18 January 2011 Ooops.... First 30 minutes we were very decent, Tevez's goal was well taken but Abe sold himself in the tackle and Hobbs proved, once again, that he can not tackle on his left side. We were good going forward, Gallagher was excellent, his work rate and tracking back was, for him, exceptional, helping out Berner on a number of occassions and getting back to put off Johnson. Strangely it all went horribly wrong when Gallagher had to go of, our attacking edge disappeared and strangely we were wide open down our left flank, Berner without Gallagher's support looked out of his depth and was badly at fault for their second. The third was a combination of a super ball from Silva and a back 4 pushing forward without paying attention, Johnson appeared level on the replay, just a class goal really.
Les-TA-Jon Posted 18 January 2011 Posted 18 January 2011 really hope Gallagher and Wellans are both back for saturday
m00nie Posted 18 January 2011 Posted 18 January 2011 hmm thai owners with the millions yet our squad still consists of oakley n howard for back up..
Wycombe Fox Posted 18 January 2011 Author Posted 18 January 2011 Alex McLeish has just put in a multi-million pound offer for Wellens at HT
sdb Posted 18 January 2011 Posted 18 January 2011 a long 45 mins ahead. please God say Gally and Wellens are fit for the weekend or we could be looking at 1 very lame week.
Onions Posted 18 January 2011 Posted 18 January 2011 Hobbs proved, once again, that he can not tackle on his left side. . except for the fact he did tackle him, but the ball somehow bounced off Tevez' leg and staright onto his foot. Hobbs was very unlucky!
cc_star Posted 18 January 2011 Posted 18 January 2011 Don't know how King is still on the pitch. Biggest waste of space I've seen over 45 mins, did he touch the ball? Howard is proving why Waggy shouldn't be allowed to leave. Our 4 defenders are looking like they've only just met for the 1st time. Berner's not at the races & Naughton loves his ball watching On the plus side, Dyer is a threat even if he's more of a loose canon and Moussa looks good
Babylon Posted 18 January 2011 Posted 18 January 2011 So now it's leicester reserves v man city... Not sure I dare watch any more.
gibwarrior1988 Posted 18 January 2011 Posted 18 January 2011 except for the fact he did tackle him, but the ball somehow bounced off Tevez' leg and staright onto his foot. Hobbs was very unlucky! Well said
Jakemoore Posted 18 January 2011 Posted 18 January 2011 I have got a strange feeling that Dyer will score a screamer after his shocking finishing in the last few matches. You're dreaming, he's poor.
Onions Posted 18 January 2011 Posted 18 January 2011 Should have been his 2nd yellow. One for the peno and then that. Bottled.
Jordan Posted 18 January 2011 Posted 18 January 2011 Yuki Abe played like a scared little boy in the first half.
marbelladave Posted 18 January 2011 Posted 18 January 2011 except for the fact he did tackle him, but the ball somehow bounced off Tevez' leg and staright onto his foot. Hobbs was very unlucky! Call that a tackle, seriously?.....
Babylon Posted 18 January 2011 Posted 18 January 2011 Note to matt oakley: we aren't playing Chesterfield, don't piss about.
