Leicester's City's home npower Championship fixture against Bristol City will now take place at the Walkers Stadium on Friday February 18th, with a 7.45pm kick-off.

The game was due to be played on Saturday February 19th but has been rearranged as Leicester Tigers are also playing at home that afternoon.

A Friday evening match has been chosen ahead of playing the fixture on Sunday as the Foxes are due to travel to Cardiff City for another npower Championship clash the following Tuesday (February 22nd).

Tickets already purchased by supporters will remain valid for the rearranged game.

Fan Club or Mosh afterwards? Decisions, decisions.

Now that this season it's against the safety certificate for us and tigers to play on the same day, why didn't the Football League just take this into account when compiling the fixtures for this season? They already do it bearing in mind, e.g. Bristol City and Bristol Rovers can't play on the same day - Southend ask not to play on the same day as West Ham, etc. Surely from now on the league should just them as if they were another football team if we can't play on the same afternoons.

The pairings system is pretty convoluted and difficult to work at the moment without throwing rugby clubs in there.

They don't for watford, reading or qpr - all of whom groundshare with a rugby club so why should they do it for us and tigers when we don't even share the ground.

If the Tigers manage to beat Leinster in the Heineken cup1/4 finals the they will be having the Walkers some time in April for the semi against either Toulouse or Biarritz, maybe another fixture to be moved ?

Traffic will be terrible considering the 'friday rush' from work. The Tiger's should move theirs on the Friday due to them being in a location where there's various routes to get to and from the Stadium = meaning less pileups of traffic.
