Jimbo Posted 9 February 2011 Posted 9 February 2011 Someone today had orange juice and Pepsi, mixed together, half and half in a pint. Looked like muddy water. It's known in the trade as a pint of Thames Water
Jimbo Posted 9 February 2011 Posted 9 February 2011 Peanut Butter and Marmite on Toast Brandy in Tea Tia Maria and Orange Juice (Terrys Chocolate Orange as we call it...) Blue Curacao and Cherryade (Don't ask...) Bacon, cream cheese and Marmite on a bagel Coleslaw with salted peanuts mixed in I should stop now, they nearly all seem to have a Marmite or Alcohol theme and i'm definitely not trying those two together Try Tia Maria, Baileys and Cointreau even more like Terrys chocolate orange and even more alcoholic For another party cocktail, try mixing Smirnoff Ice, Orange Reef and Blue WKD for a jumping frog (tastes like those turtle jelly penny sweets we got when we were kids!)

samjohnson Posted 10 February 2011 Posted 10 February 2011 Chilli powder on any pork product (especially bacon - when frying) Orange cordial and tesco coke
Teece Posted 10 February 2011 Posted 10 February 2011 Try Tia Maria, Baileys and Cointreau even more like Terrys chocolate orange and even more alcoholic For another party cocktail, try mixing Smirnoff Ice, Orange Reef and Blue WKD for a jumping frog (tastes like those turtle jelly penny sweets we got when we were kids!) I would, but I can't drink Baileys anymore, threw up over and over after a night drinking it when I was 18 and still haven't yet been able to stomach even the smell of it , and trust me, I was 18 a looong time ago your jumping frog sounds similar to one we drink , but ours is equal portions of Smirnoff Ice/Blue WKD/ and Lime Bacardi Breezer, all topped up with loads of ice. "Jelly Baby" - Top summer drink, like melted slush puppy or something
BoneDog Posted 13 February 2011 Posted 13 February 2011 Corned beef and boiled egg sandwiches. I made Gertrude some boiled eggs and soldiers yesterday and I had some Mattesons sliced Corned Beef in the fridge so while I was at it I thought I'd try this concoction on a sarnie with butter and salad cream. Lovely stuff, especially the first two slices while the egg was still warm. More evidence why Webbo would be a decent Mod.
Zingari Posted 13 February 2011 Posted 13 February 2011 Webbo and drink edit ; how did the big rumble go yesterday Empty ?
BoneDog Posted 13 February 2011 Posted 13 February 2011 No sex but general happiness in life . I would of thought that a man with your money and connections would be shakin' his salt all over high-class hookers backs by now! Three at a time and all that.
BoneDog Posted 13 February 2011 Posted 13 February 2011 Webbo and drink edit ; how did the big rumble go yesterday Empty ? Nothing went off, bit of a damp squid really for any bystanders who wanted action! I got my money back and a bit of an apology. Which is a good thing really cos if I'd of bost him in the chops it would have only brought more trouble for me later as him and some of his mates are a bit stoopid and nuts and I live far away from any real mates or family so I'd have no help. I haven't had to have a rumble for a good 6 years now I think and that's the way I like it 'cos I'm not a good fighter!
Itsthejoeker Posted 13 February 2011 Posted 13 February 2011 marmite and mashed potato... Had this today! Absolutely Delicious!
Ric Flair Posted 21 February 2011 Posted 21 February 2011 Sweet and Sour Super Noodles with horseradish spooned on to an ommlette and folded over. Nosh!
fox123 Posted 13 March 2011 Author Posted 13 March 2011 Digestive biscuits and Applewood Smoked Cheese.
FoxyPV Posted 13 March 2011 Posted 13 March 2011 Digestive biscuits and Applewood Smoked Cheese. I take it you've never had a cheeseboard then? Pretty standard fare.
The Doctor Posted 28 November 2011 Posted 28 November 2011 Bumping this up. Tangfastics dipped in Cider (real stuff, not Strongbow. Quite partial to a pint of Black Rat myself).
lavrentis Posted 28 November 2011 Posted 28 November 2011 Brussell Sprouts and jam. Don't knock it till youve tried it.
Mickey O'Neil Posted 28 November 2011 Posted 28 November 2011 Cornflake and tomato sauce sandwiches. Lovely
Reynard Bleu Posted 28 November 2011 Posted 28 November 2011 Strawberry and black pepper sandwich, perhaps a splash of balsamic. Yum.
Unabomber Posted 28 November 2011 Posted 28 November 2011 Bumping this up. Tangfastics dipped in Cider (real stuff, not Strongbow. Quite partial to a pint of Black Rat myself). Sounds good - will try. One thing that is amazing - chicken, peanut butter and jam sandwich.
Saxondale Posted 28 November 2011 Posted 28 November 2011 The suggestions in this thread are a mixture of already well-known combinations and absolute works of lunacy. Not really a mad combination, but if you want the nicest pudding ever: make up some butterscotch Angel Delight, pour the mixture into a lasagne type dish and chuck in some Maltesers then let it set. Ruddy lovely!
