SOCCERROO FOX Posted 24 March 2011 Posted 24 March 2011 Always never going to be enough and didn't have high expectations for this WC I now hope the selectors get sacked, there was too many bad selection committee choice. Players getting games on merit and not form. Lee, Tait and Johno should never all be played on in the same team. Not one except maybe Lee can bowl to a consistent plan and try to keep the economy rate down. Also Kreza selection was strange as he has done nothing in one day domestic cricket and low and behold he did nothing in the WC. Probably states how poor the spinners we are producing are at the moment. No too see India win the tournament or New Zealand as that country needs something to cheer about at the moment

Hauritz is head and shoulders above any of the spinners used since him. Condemnation indeed.

Morgan was dropped by Samaraweera, which was massively lucky because it was massively simple. As I write this, Morgan's just been dropped at deep cover Simple again for Angelo Matthews! ANOTHER DROP TWO BALLS LATER! Morgan's been dropped three times, all should have been caught!
