Which of course get spent on... food. Seriously, to maintain that kind of weight would require a large food bill and little to no work... so where's the money coming from? Dealing eclairs?

Nearly, I'm a Nuclear Medicine Tech. But yeah, no imaging modality works well with fatties! Last week we had a chap too heavy for the bed, chair and even the bariatric wheelchair! Oh and Finners...
