Obviously there's no such thing as a sure thing when it comes to Cheltenham but a mate of mine works as a trader for Stans and he's tipped Grand Crus and Poquelin today. He's usually pretty reliable but don't shoot the messenger if they don't get up the hill.

Aiden Coleman has stopped me from losing 3 figures today!! Got 80/1 for the last and the place paid 20s so I finish the day £25 down, £65 down overall. Appalling.

Whats annoying is I wrote down Chicago Grey and Carlos Brigante in my early picks last week!

Awful day for me yesterday.

Hopefully a fully sober self can make more sense of the form today!

hahahahahahahahaaaaa

Unbelievable.

I had £50 each way of real money on it. Got back £537.50 and put £337.50 on Big Bucks. I've just cleared best part of £750 profit. I don't know whether to laugh or cry. Ridiculous. This horse actually means the world to me. You can go back 4-5 years on this forum and find all my posts on it, i've now won best part of £1500-2000 from it. I'm in love.

I am close to tears.

Nice one!! :appl:

I had a small wager on Albertas Run myself but nowhere near what you had on.

Nice pick up for IOW Fox there!

Pity I didn't have any real money on

I'll have a quid each way on Alderley Rover just in case lightning strikes twice

Awesome Cheltenham! (after saying it was the worst ever yesterday :giggle:)

Gone from being £30 odd down to £50 odd up, winning £70 today! (need to work out correct figures of profit/loss)

Noble Prince, Awesome

Albertas Run does it again, love that horse, it's got me out of the shit the last 3 years.

After winning on Albertas I was in profit so put it on Big Bucks listening to the commentary he had me worrying and sweating but came through, don't know how close it was.

Time to watch those races I think!

From having my terrible week to only losing in 1 race today.

Not a huge profit but considering I thought I'd struggle to break even and hadn't had a winner the to get 3 today I'm happy with, especially with 1 day to go.

Well Done mate, Gutted I didn't have the balls to place as much as you on Albertas, looks like me and you have followed similar paths this week albeit with different figures! lol

Congrats.

Had an E/W accy on:

Noble Prince

Sivota

Kalahari King

Grands Crus

£2 on it and got £37.71 back which puts me back in profit, finally! Regained some money I lost yesterday!

Race 1 - 1.30 - £10 - Robinson Collonges

Race 2 - 2.05 - £10 - Buena Vista

Race 3 - 2.40 - £20 - Albertas Run (How you others didn't pick him in a 'just for fun bet' is shameful - think of the joy and profit this horse has brought foxestalkers!)

Race 4 - 3.20 - £10 - Big Bucks

Race 5 - 4.00 - £30 - Quartz De Thaix

Race 6 - 4.40 - £10 - Billie Magern

Race 7 - 5.15 - £10 - Paramount

I stand justified in my comments and thankfully, had the balls to back both of these at the course and on my online account (although you always think, why didn't I put more on). Now have a good wedge in my wallet and healthly balance in my online account.

Well done to Rick as well - £50 each way is a monster bet (me and the missues after i convinced her went £10 on the nose at the course and thought that was risking it) and then to stick £300 on Big Bucks (as much as he felt a dead cert, dead certs haven't done well at Cheltenham) that takes ubber balls - you must feel very chuffed with yourself.

I wonder what tomorrow has in store?
