Guest Bilo Posted 15 July 2011 Posted 15 July 2011 It's clearly Duke Nukem. Bit of a trouble maker on the phone apparently.
AjcW Posted 16 July 2011 Posted 16 July 2011 Birmingham 3rd: Official Man City Home: As said when it leaked... the dots on the shirts represent the sound-waves made by fans whilst singing Blue Moon. Brighton Home: Blackburn Home: With temporary sponsor.(I dont think Hoillett is a big fan of the temporary sponsor .
Samilktray Posted 16 July 2011 Posted 16 July 2011 If the sponsor was less ugly, that Blackburn kit would be up there with the best this year
sdb Posted 16 July 2011 Posted 16 July 2011 Like the man city one a lot. Bastards get lovely kits every year. Not having the blue moon bit tho. Blatantly made up pattern, plus the bars wouldn't go that high. Atmosphere at the Etihad (eh?!) is shit.
Narborough_fox Posted 16 July 2011 Posted 16 July 2011 Liam Gallagher and Beady Eye release the new Man City home kit.
ajthefox Posted 16 July 2011 Posted 16 July 2011 Official Man City Home: As said when it leaked... the dots on the shirts represent the sound-waves made by fans whilst singing Blue Moon. Oh my days that is absolutely gorgeous. Possibly my favourite of the whole thread.
Finnegan Posted 16 July 2011 Posted 16 July 2011 I love that Eithad apparently means "United" in Arabic.
Wymsey Posted 16 July 2011 Posted 16 July 2011 If the sponsor was less ugly, that Blackburn kit would be up there with the best this year I agree with the sponsor getting in the way of this shirt. If it was smaller and on the side, and the red linings removed then the shirt would look a beauty.
millzi Posted 16 July 2011 Posted 16 July 2011 Official Man City Home: Blackburn Home: With temporary sponsor.(I dont think Hoillett is a big fan of the temporary sponsor . I do like that Man City kit rather a lot, as said previously they do seem to get spoilt with their kits, no fair! Hoilett definitely had the right idea in hiding that hideous sponsor. Nice kit minus that eyesore.
AjcW Posted 16 July 2011 Posted 16 July 2011 To be fair they have said that wont be the sponsor... they just used it for the release. It is their owners company after-all so id imagine it was the easiest option.
Bryn Posted 16 July 2011 Posted 16 July 2011 If Blackburn get a tasteful sponsor they've got a cracking kit there. Man City with another beaut too.
HEGGSY Posted 16 July 2011 Posted 16 July 2011 Palace.... Liking the palace kit It's another identikit though, but I wouldnt expect anything else it's basically Brazil's WC 2010 template with a palace badge and sponsor. No effort
ousefox Posted 16 July 2011 Posted 16 July 2011 Liam Gallagher and Beady Eye release the new Man City home kit. That song was quality, big fan of beady eye after seeing that and a few others.
HEGGSY Posted 17 July 2011 Posted 17 July 2011 This Years Crystal Palace 2011/12 away is exactly the same design as Last Years Notts County Away 2010/11 Original design from nike there Notts County
millzi Posted 17 July 2011 Posted 17 July 2011 This Years Crystal Palace 2011/12 away is exactly the same design as Last Years Notts County Away 2010/11 Original design from nike there Notts County The EXACT reason I'd never want us to be sponsored by Nike!
HEGGSY Posted 17 July 2011 Posted 17 July 2011 The EXACT reason I'd never want us to be sponsored by Nike! As a football fan you want your team in a shirt that is unique to them, if I were a palace fan i would be rather annoyed that the clubs so called "new" away shirt was just a re used cast off from notts county. Seeing kits like this make me happy we have burrda
Finnegan Posted 17 July 2011 Posted 17 July 2011 The EXACT reason I'd never want us to be sponsored by Nike! Or Adidas.
Samilktray Posted 17 July 2011 Posted 17 July 2011 I swear back in the 60s n 70s every 1s shirt was the same, just different colours. Or maybe I'm wrong.
ozleicester Posted 17 July 2011 Posted 17 July 2011 I swear back in the 60s n 70s every 1s shirt was the same, just different colours. Or maybe I'm wrong. You were lucky.... In my day, we didnt have shirts we just combed our chest hair a different way to the opposition!
millzi Posted 18 July 2011 Posted 18 July 2011 Hull Away: If its not blended in to the background!: Yet ANOTHER example of a sponsor single handedly destroying a kit. Not that it is particularly nice in the first place, but still..
HEGGSY Posted 18 July 2011 Posted 18 July 2011 Cash converters that's on a par with topps tilles Milzi it is also an example of yet ANOTHER identical kit, west brooms away kit is exactly the same design bar the colour
