iBleedLeicesterColours Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 I'd take Wade Elliot aswell as others mentioned above. Good midfield cover.
Dan Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 Louis Carey (Bristol City) Wade Elliott (Burnley) Steven Thompson (Burnley) Kevin McDonald (Burnley) Jay Bothroyd (Cardiff) Chris Burke (Cardiff) Kieren Westwood (Coventry) Neil Danns (Crystal Palace) Richard García (Hull) Hameur Bouazza (Millwall) Robert Earnshaw (Nottm Forest) Guy Moussi (Nottm Forest) Michael Brown (Portsmouth) David Nugent (Portsmouth) Martin Rowlands (QPR) Danny Shittu (QPR) Ferrie Bodde (Swansea) - IF he was back to fitness. Dorus de Vries (Swansea) Darren Pratley (Swansea) Angel Rangel (Swansea) I would be happy with any of them.
Dames Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 Nugent, Pratley and Westwood would be the best and most possible signings out of that list. Bothroyd is premier bound especially after making the England squad. Anyone else really isn't much of an improvement on what we have.
Dan Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 I can't believe Swansea have allowed them 4 to be out of contract in two months, all 4 are superb. Bodde would be a Premier midfielder if it weren't for his injuries.
Father Ted Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 Westwood Rangel - Shittu - Kisnorbo - ArcaPratley - Brown - MoussiNugent - Helguson - Johnson (Bradley) What a team.
Dan Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 Westwood Rangel - Shittu - Kisnorbo - ArcaPratley - Brown - MoussiNugent - Helguson - Johnson (Bradley) What a team. Burke for Johnson, Bothroyd for Helguson, other than that I can't fault.
SMX11 Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 Some great players on there but we all know that Sven won't be looking at them.
StanSP Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 The player out of the Forest list we're most concerned about losing is Moussi. He's immense once he's up to speed and we don't have any cover for him (or at least we won't next year). His main downside is that he's almost constantly coming back from injury. Everton are in for him I hear.
Ambitious Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 I don't want any of them, there's a reason why their all nearly out of contract and it isn't because their Clubs want to keep them because their so amazing. I hope Vassell's, Ricardo's and Tunchev's aren't renewed, because all three have one thing in common, old dead wood.

Westood is a Premier league quality 'keeper along with De Vries who is the 2nd or 3rd best 'keeper in the league. Pratley is in the top 10 midfielders in the league and would probably not look out of place in the premier league, Jay Bothroyd was an England international just months ago would you really say no to him? Chris Burke is a Scotland international who has been pushed out by loanees at Cardiff and is one of the best old style wingers in the Championship. Would you really turn them down!!? I'd like go see if we could get Lee Bowyer who is out of contract at the Premier League as that's what I'd like to see in the midfield.

Wants Andy King sold cuz' he plays for Wales
Narborough_fox Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 No point, the guys a moron. Wants Andy King sold cuz' he plays for Wales Ah, that guy. Knew he did something else of stupidity couldn't remember what.
Ambitious Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 No point, the guys a moron. Wants Andy King sold cuz' he plays for Wales Yea when he's an English man and the game against England proved he wouldn't be able to hack it in the Premiership, and what goods that to us?
Narborough_fox Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 Yea when he's an English man and the game against England proved he wouldn't be able to hack it in the Premiership, and what goods that to us? The game when he played wide left. Judge him when he plays in his right position and on more than one game becuase if you watched the Manchester City games you'll of seen that he was one of our stand out performers in both of the games.

Look I don't want him here end of, you won't change my mind, just hope he's gone in the summer and replaced with someone a lot better, and not a traitor to our national team.
Haydos Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 Yea when he's an English man and the game against England proved he wouldn't be able to hack it in the Premiership, and what goods that to us? So no welsh players are good enough for the Premiership? Because they all played poorly. I'm not going into that anyway. You have some odd views on football if you think that and any players signed on a free aren't worth signing.
Finnegan Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 Ma-Kalamby is definitely the answer to our problems. Bamba and Yves, what could go wrong?

Andy King isn't Welsh, he plays for the national team but he's as English as you and I, no there will be just not from the Championship, in my opinion.
Narborough_fox Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 Premier League list of players avaliable on Bosman Free transfers, I kno a lot of them are unrealistic but there are a few that we could go for and would really improve our team. Haydos Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 Andy King isn't Welsh, he plays for the national team but he's as English as you and I, no there will be just not from the Championship, in my opinion. I don't really agree that much with the system personally but I don't have a vendetta against players who look to improve themselves and want to play at the top level. Take your stupid attitude and have a go at FIFA or whoever enforce the rule. Said it a while back but I'd ****ing love Lee Bowyer here.
Bugg Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 Let's offer a sneaky contract to Vaughan, Cox, Caldwell, Sorensen and Marek Cech
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 If Sven is at the Walkers next season, surely Owen Hargreaves will be as well? Whether he's any good or not now remains to be seen, but thats why I think we'd be able to get him.
