teblin Posted 13 June 2011 Posted 13 June 2011 Leeds United, Leicester City and Watford could be joined by Cardiff City and other Championship clubs in the race to sign Craig Conway, but Rangers are now out of the bidding for the out-of-contract Dundee United and Scotland winger. (Daily Express)
jonw88 Posted 13 June 2011 Posted 13 June 2011 Out of contract? Dundee United? Scottish? Really?? Do we have Craig Levein in charge again?
Ric Flair Posted 13 June 2011 Posted 13 June 2011 I doubt we are actually after him, probably just throwing our name in to the mix but he's a good player this lad is.
ithuriel Posted 13 June 2011 Posted 13 June 2011 I bet Sven opens the papers everyday to see who we are signing next
Finnegan Posted 13 June 2011 Posted 13 June 2011 SPL IS LIK VOXUL CONFRUNS DUNT SINE HIM HERP DERP DERP

bluebeau Posted 13 June 2011 Posted 13 June 2011 SPL IS LIK VOXUL CONFRUNS DUNT SINE HIM HERP DERP DERP EXACTLY! I couldn't agree more!!!
MPH Posted 13 June 2011 Posted 13 June 2011 Surely there has to be at least one decent player in Scotland.... maybe this is that one...
Finnegan Posted 13 June 2011 Posted 13 June 2011 Surely there has to be at least one decent player in Scotland.... maybe this is that one... If you ever kicked a ball in Scotland you're officially worse than Josh Low with broken legs. Must be true, I read it on here.

The Doctor Posted 13 June 2011 Posted 13 June 2011 not too sure on this. Decent player but probably not good enough for the prem which would make this signing somewhat short-term and perhaps not worth it.

The Doctor Posted 13 June 2011 Posted 13 June 2011 we aint gonna get many players that are good enough for the prem because were in the championship I'd disagree there - while those with the quality to play in the premiership will, in the majority, be signed by a premiership club, there will be: a) Those that slip through the prem net which clubs such as ourselves can then pick up. & b) Those who are not quite ready for prem football but have the potential to play well at premiership level. And i don't think conway comes under either of those umbrellas.

Guest shearfox Posted 13 June 2011 Posted 13 June 2011 Well who does? Yakubu's barely good enough for the prem hence why hes dropping to the championship I disagree he would be good for a lower prem side but they probably wouldn't be willing to pay his wages.
Guest Mee-9 Posted 13 June 2011 Posted 13 June 2011 SPL IS LIK VOXUL CONFRUNS DUNT SINE HIM HERP DERP DERP Thought this was an English speaking forum. Not a welsh one.
Finnegan Posted 13 June 2011 Posted 13 June 2011 Thought this was an English speaking forum. Not a welsh one. I can spot at least three reasons that that couldn't be Welsh.
Webbo Posted 13 June 2011 Posted 13 June 2011 I can spot at least three reasons that that couldn't be Welsh. The person reading it is not covered in spittle?
Salieri Posted 13 June 2011 Posted 13 June 2011 I can spot at least three reasons that that couldn't be Welsh. 1. It makes sense.
Luggy Fox Posted 13 June 2011 Posted 13 June 2011 I've got a season ticket at Dundee Utd. Leicester boy now living in Scotland. Conway is very inconsistent. He can be excellent for 1 game then very ordinary for the next 3. I wouldn't sign him. The keeper Dusan Pernis is very good, I'd look at him if were Sven
dannythefox Posted 13 June 2011 Posted 13 June 2011 Wouldn't of thought its the type of player of player Sven would go for but you never no. I think the yak and the back four is main priority to be honest.
The Doctor Posted 13 June 2011 Posted 13 June 2011 I can spot at least three reasons that that couldn't be Welsh. it contains a vowel?
