Corky Posted 23 June 2011 Posted 23 June 2011 Anyone else received phone calls about buying tickets for this from the ticket office? Twice this week.. Yes, received one yesterday.
ajthefox Posted 23 June 2011 Posted 23 June 2011 not received any phone calls but got a tickets for my dad and myself today
Guest Mee-9 Posted 23 June 2011 Posted 23 June 2011 I only think there's going to be about 15k down there. I'd be extremely shocked to see us sell out.
KFS Posted 24 June 2011 Posted 24 June 2011 I'm a prefect at school and I've got a little boy in my form who is a Leicester fan (rarity in Kent!). We started talking about the game and one of his mates came over really nastily and started ribbing us about how we're going to lose. I took it to heart and started arguing with him So, I sort of put a bet on with a year 7 that we'll win.. Come on Leicester!!!!!

LCFC_ED Posted 24 June 2011 Posted 24 June 2011 i am in the same boat as you. went to 17 games last year with the same people also not season ticket holders. how do i guarentee to get three tickets?
LoughboroughFox Posted 24 June 2011 Posted 24 June 2011 can they postpone this till the sunday when im of me jollys?
The Year Of The Fox Posted 26 June 2011 Posted 26 June 2011 LCFC-ED You don't need to worry. As already said, we've sold 6k as of last week. There are 5days until the season ticket holders sale ends! You will be fine
Corky Posted 26 June 2011 Posted 26 June 2011 Sitting a few rows back from my normal seat. Not too bad.
topharry123 Posted 26 June 2011 Posted 26 June 2011 It doesn't seem overpriced to me, seems about right for the talent on show. I'm off to see Barcelona vs Club America and the tickets were hugely more expensive than that. It's a good chance for the club to make a bit of extra money, and maybe get some extra fans out for next season. Imagine we win and put on a show, some of the fans who only went to this game might decide that we're actually worth watching every week instead of just turning up to the glamor ties! I would love to be going, but don't live close enough to be able to get there
illustrioustrev Posted 26 June 2011 Posted 26 June 2011 I am a season ticket holder in the Keith Weller lounge ( or whatever it is going to be called next season). £35 plus £1 booking fee to see Real Madrid reserves in a friendly - I don't think so
Marcus LCFC Posted 26 June 2011 Posted 26 June 2011 When the tickets go on sale on july the 16th Do you think I can get 5 tickets for my whole family? Will Treat my dad for his Birthday Cheers in advance

Will Treat my dad for his Birthday Cheers in advance Possibly, some people are saying weve only sold 6k which seems a bit low really if theres 14k STH's and their mates. I dont know what pricing is like for adults but last season I got an under 22 membership, which was £40 but you get 2 match tickets of your choice and obviously priority, and other little perks like discount in the club shop so it more or less pays for itself.
Jay Posted 27 June 2011 Posted 27 June 2011 I got my tickets sauturday and if like me you are a ST holder you have a ticket guaranteed till the end of the month so need to buy it straight away so not surprised by the 6k figure. don't normally bother with pre season games but at the end of the day is Real Madrid!! not Portsmouth or East Bengal FC so worth the cash imo
demon_dog Posted 27 June 2011 Posted 27 June 2011 I think we'll probably get quite a few on the day, you know the spur of the moment fans who decide thev'ye nowt better to do, especially if it's a nice day weather wise ! My missus has even persuaded me to take her to the game.

Bob Weasel Fox Posted 27 June 2011 Posted 27 June 2011 have to say, would love to go to this but pre-season friendlies inevitably are a complete waste of money usually - unless City have bought a completely new side by then
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 27 June 2011 Posted 27 June 2011 Ah, the famous Pepsi Max Challenge Attended by about 15 people. Because it was televised on MATV, in between Indian music videos and ads for Leicester Market. They should do more of our friendlies.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 27 June 2011 Posted 27 June 2011 My mates been down to the round today, and he says they've told him they've sold 12k now. But there's only til friday for STH to get theirs, so there will be plenty to go around I think.
kyle09uk Posted 29 June 2011 Posted 29 June 2011 Could anyone tell me if when buying tickets for a disbaled person wether its just the same as buying them as usual? cheerz
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 2 July 2011 Posted 2 July 2011 any news on how many tickets have been sold for this game yet?
bluebatt Posted 2 July 2011 Posted 2 July 2011 I am a season ticket holder in the Keith Weller lounge ( or whatever it is going to be called next season). £35 plus £1 booking fee to see Real Madrid reserves in a friendly - I don't think so Real Madrid are playing their full strength squad mate unless you think kaka and ronaldo are reserve players
Izzet is God Posted 3 July 2011 Posted 3 July 2011 Got mine yesterday and I'm non STH but went down the membership route (after being on hold to the ticket office for 20 mins)....managed to get near the tunnel at £30 a ticket which is fair game if RM are fielding the 1st team which apparently they are as they've been paid 1mill by the Thais!!! If that was the case yesterday I'd say they've sold around 20k already just to STH and members so by general sale it should easily be a sell out, even if the plastics decide to come along to see it.
accessory Posted 3 July 2011 Posted 3 July 2011 Real Madrid are playing their full strength squad mate unless you think kaka and ronaldo are reserve players Not quite. The Copa America finishes the week before, so it's unlikely we'll see anyone involved in that like di Maria. (although Kaka for some reason isn't in the Brazil squad) Cristiano should still be there, though, plus various Spanish and German World Cup stars - and Mourinho!
