Boson_Silva Posted 9 August 2011 Posted 9 August 2011 So as we all know Schlupp has bagged a Hat Trick, So can he make the step up to the first team. What do you think?
Guest Basildon Fox Posted 9 August 2011 Posted 9 August 2011 Why not. Will be full of confidence after tonight,
zubi Posted 9 August 2011 Posted 9 August 2011 I went out at half time, came back and saw a Schlupp Hat Trick... He certainly should be given the chance seeing how he just made me JIZZ IN MY PANTS!!!
Haydos Posted 9 August 2011 Posted 9 August 2011 Ruin him with expectation, pressure and impatience. Sounds about right.
Jimmy Posted 9 August 2011 Posted 9 August 2011 keep this system Saturday and play him alongside Nugent, his confidence will be sky high. Schmeichel Pantsil Mills Bamba KoncheskeyAbeDanns/King/Wellens------------ FernandesGallagherNugent Schlupp
Guest Basildon Fox Posted 9 August 2011 Posted 9 August 2011 Ruin him with expectation, pressure and impatience. Sounds about right. Would it not be even worse for him if they turn around and say thanks now feck off back to the reserves?

Boson_Silva Posted 9 August 2011 Author Posted 9 August 2011 I think he deserve's a place on the bench. Would do the lad some good!
NewquayFox Posted 9 August 2011 Posted 9 August 2011 Start him on saturday and watch the boy go, the negative comments will come pouring in saying he`s too young or inexperienced but a hat trick surely warrants a start this weekend....Come on SCHLUUUUP PUPPY.....
gazfox9 Posted 9 August 2011 Posted 9 August 2011 Start him saturday in place of Vassell. Keep rotating him and Nugent, keep Reading guessing!
21st Century Fox Posted 9 August 2011 Posted 9 August 2011 Ease him into the first team atleast. Now was a bad time for him to bag a hattrick, when we're looking for a goalscoring saviour. Although he could handle pressure well.
Bausor Posted 9 August 2011 Posted 9 August 2011 Would love to see this lad in action on saturday, with better players around him creating more chances compaired to when he was on loan last season im betting he would bag 15 at least..!!! Anyone else agree ???
Guest Bilo Posted 9 August 2011 Posted 9 August 2011 A place on the bench for the lad, let's not burden him with unrealistic expectations. It's fantastic that he's scored a hat-trick tonight and torn Rotherham apart, but the Championship is a big step up and I'd hate to see him underperform there and get abuse for it. I firmly believe Schlupp has the potential to be the new Gradel, perhaps even better, but unlike Gradel we need to make sure he continues his progress here. Don't make the same mistake here. Delighted for him though, I'm excited for his future.
Vlad The Impaler Posted 9 August 2011 Posted 9 August 2011 Now is the perfect time for him to be given a first team oppurtunity against Reading. Confidence must be sky high.
Guest ttfn Posted 9 August 2011 Posted 9 August 2011 Sven rates the lad; there's no danger of him going anywhere else permanently.

Haydos Posted 9 August 2011 Posted 9 August 2011 Start him saturday in place of Vassell. Keep rotating him and Nugent, keep Reading guessing! Wouldn't mind this tbh. He's got to be ahead of Waggy in the pecking order now. The guys at the club seem to be handling him fine so I'll trust them on it. They'll know him well, maybe he deals with it fine and would be ready for a league start, maybe not. Don't think we're in the position to disagree with what Sven chooses to do with him, he seems like like the look of him so I think he'll continue to be involved

Anyone else agree ??? How would anyone know being as he hasn't played a game at Championship level. I think that he has forced his way into the squad at least for Saturday but a big jump from Rotherham to Reading. Deserves a go though.
Vennegoor10 Posted 9 August 2011 Posted 9 August 2011 Could be the answer. Start him on saturday! To what question?
Bob.For.The.Win. Posted 9 August 2011 Posted 9 August 2011 I love the guy and I have been wanting him to come on since he first appeared on the bench, but I do kind of think that we need to bring him into the team gradually. After all it was a League 2 side that we played... WELL DONE ANYWAY JEFFERY!
